المحاكمات العسكريه فى مصر
ان تحويل المدنيين لمحاكمات عسكريه امر لا يقوم به الا احتلال او مستعمر .و المحاكمات العسكريه فى مصر و اصرار المجلس العسكرى الاستمرار فيها امر غير مبرر و يعتبر خرق للاتفاقات الدوليه و القوانين و الاعراف الدوليه و بالتالى فيعتبر تحدى للمجتمع الدولى و القوى الثوريه و الشرعيه الثوريه.و جدير بالذكر ان المحكوم عليهم بالمحاكمات العسكريه فى مصر منذ بداية الثورة حتى الان تخطى ال 12000 سجين .و جدير بالذكر ان هذه المحاكمات رغم انها غير قانونيه فانها تتم بطريقه لا تعطى للمتهمين اى حقوق و تسلبهم كثيرا من الحقوق هم و محاميهم.بالاضافة الى انها يتم فيها تلفيق تهم .و يتم فيها ايضا اتهام نشطاء سياسيين و مدونين و اصحاب الرأى.و ان سكوت المجتمع الدولى و خاصة البرلمان الاوروبى عن هذه الانتهاكات امرا غير مبررا .و المبرر الوحيد هو استشراء عداوة المجتمع المصرى و النشطاء المصريين و يعد من اساليب المجتمع الدولى للكيل بمكيالين الذى يحكمه المصالح و مناصرة الفاسدين و الطغاه و المستبدين لتحقيق مصالح على حساب الشعوب.و اخيرا يتم القبض على بهاء صابر و عصام عبد الفتاح سيف لانهما رفضا التحقيق معهم من جهة عسكريه تعتبر غير شرعيه للتحقيق مع المدنيين .و سكوت المجتمع الدولى و البرلمان الاوربى يعتبر اهانه للانسانيه باكملها ,و سيعتبر اجراء سلبى سوف لا يغتفر.
و فيما يخص بهاء صابر ....فهو تعرض من قبل للسحل و التعذيب على يد قوات الشرطه فى عهد الرئيس المخلوع مبارك و للمزيد ارجو الذهاب الى هذا الرابط:

Military trials in Egypt
The transfer of civilians to military tribunals is not done, but by the occupier or colonial regime. And the military trials in Egypt and the insistence of the military council to continue such trials; although the Egyptian society refuses it ;is not justified and is considered a breach of international agreements and laws and international norms, and thus is considered defiance against the international community and the revolutionary forces and the revolutionary legitimacy . It is worth mentioning that the convicted military trials in Egypt since the beginning of the revolution so far surpassed the 12,000 prisoners. It is worth mentioning that these trials, although it is illegal, it is a way that does not give the defendants any rights and rob them of many of the rights ;either they and their lawyers. In addition to It is the fabrication of charges.withwhich is also accusing of political activists , bloggers and opinion makers. Keeping silence by the international community, especially the European Parliament for these violations is often seen as justified and the only justification is the rampant hostility of the Egyptian society and Egyptian activists and is one of the methods the international community of double standards, which is governed by interests and advocate for the corrupt , the tyrants and dictators in the interests at the expense of the peoples of the world. finally being arrested Bahaa Saber and Alae Abdel-Fattah Sief because they refused to be investigated by the military reasoning that it is illegal to investigate civilians by tribunals. For the international community to keep silent and the European Parliament is an affront to humanity as a whole and passive action won't be forgiven
