The Egyptian security police  arrested an internet blogger who followed and the election ballot in Sharkya governorate who recorded a video showed the violation of forgining the election cards by a group of people who were belonging to the NDP were marking 10s or maybe 100s of election cards for the NDP's nomanee
The detainee is the author of THE BLOG "لسه عايش" "still alive" The last sentences he wrote on facebook were ......he said,"After the NDP has nolified  Hehya,Sharkya  the election of theis circle  I went to Faqous and  Abu Kebeer then  recorded and documented a video when the employees were eating Shish Kabab and forgening ballot's cards for theNDP in Abu Kebeer,Sharkya governnorate".The blogger name is Amro Salama.

Arresting people who are the supporter of any other opponent party or even the individaul independents ...preventing them of their political right to vote..........Manuplating by all means just for the NDP to win the majority at Congress (Shura )election is another offens .....The promise of not using the emergency law by the Egyptian government was a big lie ....whereas abolishment of the emergency law is not enough as was written in this blog before .

و هناك الكثير من الانتهاكات و التى استلمه بتقارير هاتفيه المجلس الاعلى لحقوق الانسان حيث تلقى 55 شكوى تقريبا و هى كلها تصرفات مقصوده من الحكومه المصريه و الاهداف معروفه و محدده  من تلك الاهداف منع الاحزاب من الحصول على مقاعد لتقليل  عدد المنتخبين لرئاسة الجمهوريه القادمه حسب نص  الدستور المصرى الذى تم نفصيله و لم تريد الادارة المصريه تغييره رغم انه مطلب غالبية شعب مصر ..اما عن البرلمان المصرى فهو لا يعبر عن الغالبيه بل يعبر عن  التزوير و الفساد

On 6 Janaury 2009,Yonatan Schapera A former captain in the Israeli Air force said to the BBC 24 hours .He said that it was a  war crime against the people of Gaza he says it was not only a crime against Gaza people ,but a crime against Israeli people .He says he spoke on behalf of 1000s of Israeli people as he is was really ashamed of such a crazy assault . He urged the international society to try to force the Israeli army to stop killing people...for the sake of Israel,Palastine,and everyone in the world.
Now,I can tell the whole world that the masacre of Gaza was only to find Gelaad Schalete ,but Israeli government did not admit this because unbelievable to do such crimes for such reason.

Israel: We Destroyed Iraq.. Iraq must Stay Divided and Isolated… The Oil of Northern Iraq will Flow into Israel!
Avi Dichter, the Israeli Internal Security Minister, said in a lecture at the ‘Israeli National Security Research Center’ “about the Israeli role in destroying Iraq after it was occupied in 2003 “we achieved in Iraq more than we expected and plan!” Dichter confirmed that keeping Iraq weak and isolated is an Israeli national interest.
“Weakening and isolating Iraq is no less important than weakening and isolating Egypt,” he said. Weakening and isolating Egypt done by diplomatic methods while everything is done to do achieve a complete and comprehensive isolation to Iraq”, Dachter added.
“Iraq has vanished as a military force and as a united country. Our strategic option is to keep it divided,” he added.
“Our strategic goal is not to allow this country (Iraq) to take its regional and Arabic role back. Iraq must stay divided and isolated from its regional environment” he said.
About the role of the Kurdish parties in facilitating occupying Iraq Dichter said “the top goal for Israel is to support and provide the Kurds with weapons and training and to make them our partners in security in order to establish a Kurdish independent state in the northern part of Iraq where it can control Kirkuk’s and Kurdistan’s oil,” he added.
“The Kurdish leadership guaranteed to put the oil pipeline from Kirkuk to IBC line through Jordan. We did primary negotiations with Jordan and we reached an agreement with the Kurdish leadership in this regard. If Jordan withdrew his promises we have the substitute: Turkey. We finished putting the plans and studies to establish pipelines for water and oil with Turkey and from Turkey into Israel,” he added.

Nobody can ignore what we had achieved on this field (Iraq). What was achieved was beyond what we had planned. We have to recall back our primary goals in Iraq since we started interfering in it at the beginning of the seventies of the last century. Our top goal was supporting the Kurds getting benefit from their feeling that they are persecuted ethnicity who have the right to self determination and to enjoy freedom as all other peoples.

إسرائيل : دمرنا العراق.. والعراق يجب أن تبقى مقسمة ومعزولة... والنفط من شمال العراق إلى تدفق إسرائيل
وقال آفي ديختر وزير الأمن الداخلي الإسرائيلي ، في محاضرة في 'الأمن القومي الإسرائيلي مركز أبحاث" حول الدور الاسرائيلي في تدمير العراق بعد ان احتلتها في عام 2003 "حققنا في العراق أكثر مما كنا نتوقع ، وخطة"! ديختر وأكد أن بقاء العراق ضعيفا ومعزولا هو مصلحة إسرائيلية وطنية.
إضعاف وعزل العراق ليست أقل أهمية من إضعاف وعزل مصر ،" قال. وأضاف إضعاف وعزل مصر الذي قامت به وسائل الدبلوماسية بينما لا يبذل كل ما يحقق عزلة تامة وشاملة للعراق ".
لقد اختفى العراق كقوة عسكرية وكبلد موحد. خيارنا الاستراتيجي هو أن يبقيه على تقسيم "، واضاف.
هدفنا الاستراتيجي هو عدم السماح لهذا البلد (العراق) أن تتخذ على الصعيدين الإقليمي ودور اللغة العربية مرة أخرى. يجب ان تبقى من تقسيم العراق ومعزولة عن محيطها الإقليمي "قال.
وقال عن دور الأحزاب الكردية في تسهيل احتلال العراق ديختر "ان الهدف الاول لاسرائيل هو دعم وتزويد الأكراد بالسلاح والتدريب وجعلها شركائنا في مجال الأمن من أجل إقامة دولة كردية مستقلة في الجزء الشمالي من العراق ، حيث انها تستطيع السيطرة على كركوك والنفط في كردستان ، "واضاف.
ان القيادة الكردية مضمونة لوضع أنبوب النفط من كركوك الى خط الحاوية عن طريق الاردن. ونحن لم المفاوضات الأولية مع الأردن وتوصلنا الى اتفاق مع القيادة الكردية في هذا الصدد. إذا انسحبت الأردن بوعوده لدينا البديل : تركيا. انتهائنا من وضع خطط ودراسات لإنشاء خطوط أنابيب للمياه والنفط مع تركيا ومن تركيا الى اسرائيل "، واضاف.

لا أحد يستطيع تجاهل ما حققته في هذا المجال (العراق). ما تحقق كان يتجاوز ما كنا نخطط. علينا أن نذكر مرة أخرى أهدافنا الرئيسية في العراق منذ بدأنا التدخل فيها في بداية السبعينات من القرن الماضي. وكان هدفنا أعلى دعم الأكراد الحصول على الاستفادة من شعورهم بأنهم يتعرضون للاضطهاد العرقي الذين لديهم الحق في تقرير المصير والتمتع بالحرية وجميع الشعوب الأخرى.
في البداية زملائنا في اسرائيل والذين خططوا ل(تدمير) العراق Librani اوري المستشار السابق للوزير الاسبق رفيق الحريري وسفيرنا في تركيا واثيوبيا وايران وحددت الخطة الأساسية للإسرائيليين لدعم الأكراد. وكان لدينا (الاسرائيلية) تقديم الدعم للأكراد متواضعة في البداية. وتقتصر على الدعم السياسي ونذكر قضية الأكراد في الاجتماعات والمؤتمرات الدولية. قدمنا للأكراد أيضا مع المال ، ولكن هذا كان محدودا.
في عام 1972 وكان هذا الدعم أخذ الأبعاد الأمنية : تزويد الأكراد بالسلاح عبر تركيا وايران والجماعات الكردية تلقي والغوريلا للتدريب في إسرائيل وتركيا وايران

عندما حل الدور على الاتحاد السوفيتي – عند التصويت على مشروع قرار التقسيم والنظام الخاص بالقدس ،في الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة 29/11/1947 – إذا برئيس وفده ( فيشنسكي ) – وبعد أن سرد مثالب الصهيونية على امتداد عشرين عاما     
يهز العالم بمفاجأة تصويته إلى جانب مشروع القرار المذكور ، لقد صدر قرار التقسيم بتوافق أمريكي سوفييتى

في الثان من ديسمبر 1954 ، قام السفير السوفيتي لدى إسرائيل بمقابلة وزير خارجية إسرائيل في مدينة القدس ،مما اعتبر أول الطريق لفك الحصار الدبلوماسي ، المفروض على إسرائيل ، كما اعتبر هذا السلوك ، تأييدا من الاتحاد السوفيتي لخطوة نقل وزارة الخارجية الإسرائيلية إلى القدس.

أيد الاتحاد السوفيتي قرار مجلس الأمن رقم 242/1967 ، ومنذ حرب أكتوبر 1973 ، وإبان مؤتمر جنيف للسلام ( ديسمب 1973)، وأعقاب الزيارات العديدة للمسئولين الفلسطينيين إلى موسكو ، كان الاتحاد السوفيتي يؤكد أن الحدود في الشرق الأوسط ، هي خطوط الفصل بين إسرائيل والعرب قبل حرب 1967، ثم أعلنت موسكو أن قرار مجلس الأمن الدولي ( 478 في 21/8/1980) هو أهم قرارات الشرعية الدولية ، التي نددت بما سمته إسرائيل ( القانون الأساس) الخاص بالقدس ، وفي 5/11/1995 أيدت موسكو قرار الجمعية العامة بشأن بطلان كل قرارات إسرائيل الخاصة بالقدس ، منذ صدور قرار الكنيست في يوليو 1980 بنهاية التسعينيات ، كانت هذه هي أبرز ملامح الموقف الروسي من القضية المذكورة

On the 2nd. of December 1954, the Soviet ambassador in Israel  met Israel's Foreign Minister in Jerusalem, which was considered the first way to lift diplomatic blockade imposed on Israel, also considered this behavior, in support of the Soviet Union to step transfer of the Israeli Foreign Ministry to Jerusalem. Soviet Union supported Security Council resolution No. 242/1967, and since the October 1973 war, and during the Geneva Peace Conference (December 1973),And after many visits to Palestinian officials to Moscow, the Soviet Union asserts that the borders in the Middle East, is the separation lines between Israel and the Arabs before the 1967 war, and Moscow announced that the UN Security Council resolution (478 of 21.8.1980) is the most important decisions of international legitimacy , which has condemned what Israel called  (the basic law) of Jerusalem, and in 5/11/1995 Moscow supported the General Assembly resolution on the invalidity of all the decisions of Israel on Jerusalem, since the decision of the Knesset in July 1980 the end of the nineties, this was the most prominent features of the Russian position on the issue mentioned

1 – التحول من تأييد مبدأ تدويل القدس ، إلى مبدأ تجزئة السيادة عليها طبقا لأوضاع 4/6/1967.

2 – عدم الاعتراف بضم إسرائيل للقدس، وسياسات إسرائيل الرامية إلى تغيير طابع المدينة.
3 – ضرورة حل المسألة وفقا للأسس القانونية الدولية ، ووفقا لقرارات الأمم المتحدة ، والمؤتمرات الدولية حول الشرق الأوسط ، خاصة مؤتمر مدريد.
4 – تكون القدس الشرقية ، بما فيها البلدة القديمة ، عاصمة للدولة الفلسطينية المستقلة ، مع رفض المقترح الإسرائيلي بأن تكون أبو ديس، عاصمة لفلسطين .
5 – إمكانية قبول مجلس بلدي موحد للقدس .برغم أن روسيا كانت إحدى الدولتين الراعيتين لعملية التسوية السياسية في الشرق الاوسط ، فقد كان حضورها رمزيا وشرفيا في حفلات الاستقبال والختام ، في مؤتمر مدريد للسلام ، أما العملية التفاوضية ، فقد صيغت وفق الأهداف والاستراتيجية الكونية الأمريكية ،غير ان الدور الروسي لا يزال قابلا للتفعيل والتأثير ، حين تسترد روسيا عافيتها ، وذلك بحكم الجسر البشري بين موسكو وتل أبيب ، والكتلة الضخمة من المهاجرين الروس إلى إسرائيل ، وبحكم اللوبي اليهودي صاحب النفوذ في موسكو ، ومن ناحية أخرى ، بحكم خرائط الجغرافية السياسية ، ومصالح روسيا في منطقة الشرق الأوسط ، وصفقات السلاح التي توردها إلى المنطقة ، كما أنها تملك القدرة على عرقلة عقوبات بعينها ، وكل ذلك يجعلها حاضرة في المعادلة السياسية ، وإن بدت أكثر ميلا إلى التعاون لا المواجهة ، في ظل معطيات النظام العالمي الجديد ، خاصة وقد أصبح سائدا في الكرملين ، أن العرب لا يلجأون إلى موسكو ، إلا وقت الأزمات ،وينصرفون عنها مع أول انفراجة ، مثلما حدث في مؤتمر شرم الشيخ ، إذ لم توجه الدعوة إلى روسيا لحضوره .

وبعد توقيع اتفاقية مجلس العشرين (19+1) بين روسيا وحلف الأطلنطي تردد على ألسنة المراقبين القول إنه " لا عزاء لبلدان العالم الثالث، وفي مقدمتها فلسطين وكشمير " يقصدون أن الدول الكبرى اتفقت على تصفية قضايا تلك البلدان .

بالوقوف على أبعاد الموقف الروسي من قضية القدس ، يمكن إضافة معطي سلبي آخر إلى المعطيات السياسية السلبية الموجودة في البيئة الدولية لمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي ، إذ إن ذلك الموقف إلى جانب وقوفه عند مقررات الشرعية الدولية التي تنال – نسبيا – من الحق العربي في القدس ،فهو ينطوي – أيضا – على مؤثرات سلبية في جانب هذا الحق ، بما أقدم عليه – بداية – الاتحاد السوفيتي ، يوم أقر نظام التدويل ،وقرار التقسيم وبمجاراته للخارجية الإسرائيلية ،في اتخاذها من القدس عاصمة للدولة العبرية ، وأخيرا بما أسهمت به الهجرات اليهودية السوفيتية إلى إسرائيل / القدس ، في تكريس الواقف الصهيوني بالمدينة

يضاف إلى ذلك ، الصمت الروسي إزاء ورقة إعلان المبادئ الأمريكية ، التي صدرت في 3/6/1993 تلك الورقة التي اعتبرت – ولأول مرة – أن الأراضي التي احتلت 1967 هي أرض متنازع عليها ، وهو تراجع خطير عن جوهر القرار 242/1967 ، غير ان روسيا رحبت بقرار الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة بعدم شرعية بناء الجدار العازل في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة ، الذي صدر بعد حكم محكمة العدل الدولية بهذا الشأن في 9/7/2004

أخيرا ، بقيت الإشارة إلى بعض القوى الفاعلة على الساحة الدولية – منظمات أو دول – تميل إلى سياسة التجاهل أو اللامبالاة أو اللاموقف تجاه قضية القدس ، إما إيثارا للسلامة ، وإما وقوفا عند مقررات الشرعية الدولية ، وإما استجابة لضغوط يهودية / صهيونية

في البيان الصادر في 20/10/2002 عن القمة التاسعة للفرانكفونية ، المنعقدة في بيروت (17/10/2002) لم يأت ذكر لقضية القدس ، ذلك برغم

- انعقاد القمة على بعد عشرات الكيلومترات من بؤرة الاشتعال ( قضية القدس).

تركيز البيان على قضية العراق – المتفاقمة آنذاك أيضا- وضرورة الالتزام في معالجتها بالقانون الدولي .

- أن المنظمة تضم ثلاثا وخمسين دولة – منها العربية والإسلامية – وشهد القمة المذكورة واحد وأربعون رئيس دولة أو حكومة من رؤساء تلك الدول .
- الاتجاه الغالب نحو تسييس المنظمة ، نتيجة لجهود الأمين العام للمنظمة د.بطرس غالي (1997-2002) وأمينها اللاحق المنتخب في الدورة المذكورة – عبده ضيوف – الذي كان رئيسا سابقا للسنغال ، مدة عشرين عاما .

وبينما كانت الصين تعد لانعقاد مؤتمر العواصم الحضارية في العالم ، أرسلت دعوة إلى عمدة ( القدس الغربية ) ولم توجه دعوة إلى عمدة ( القدس الشرقية ) ، الأمر الذي دعا السفير سعيد كمال – الأمين العام المساعد لجامعة الدول العربية – إلى الاحتجاج لدى الصين ، التي استجابت لاحتجاج الجامعة العربية ، وقررت توجيه الدعوة إلى فيصل الحسيني ، عمدة ( القدس الشرقية ) ، وأرسلت كذلك مذكرة إلى الأمين العام المساعد للجامعة ، أبلغته فيها تداركها هذا الموقف

3- إن المصدر الكتابي القديم الوحيد الذي ذكر خارطة النسب المتضمنة خط "سام بن نوح" و أبنائه و أحفاده إنما هو مدونات التوراة .
4- إن مدوني التوراة لم يخترعـوا هذا الخط النسَـبي ، بل نقلوه من تراث المنطقة العربية الذي يتناقله سكان شبه الجزيرة العربية تحديدا شفويا أو كتابة ، ثم نقله غيرهم من الكتبة او الرواة أو الإخباريين العرب .
5- إن العرب الذين كانوا يغطون الأرض العربية كلها ، و أقاموا مدنهم الزراعية من أعالي الفرات إلى أعالي النيل ، و من الخليج إلى البحر منذ الألف التاسع و الثامن و السابع و السادس و الخامس و الرابع - الذي شهد اختراع الكتابة – قبل الميلاد ، إنما هم سابقون لـسام بآلاف السنين ، و لا يصح بالتالي ان نعتبرهم ساميين ، لأنه لا يصح أن ننسب الأجداد إلى الأحفاد ، بل العكس هو الصحيح ، أي إن سام و بنيه و أحفاده جميعهم هم من العرب .
6- إن الساميين أوبني سام وأحفاده هم فرع من فروع العروبة ، مساكنهم في معظمهم في جوف شبه الجزيرة العرب بعد أن أصابها التصحر ، و أولاده كما ذكرهم الطبري في تاريخه : عابر و عليم و آشور و أرفخشد و لاوذ و آرام . و كان مقامه في مكة ، و قد جعل الله النبوة و الكتاب و الجمال و الأدمة و البياض فيهم .
7- هذه النقطة بالذات " و جعل الله النبوة فيهم " هي بيت القصيد الذي جعل أتباع الديانات العربية السماوية الثلاث يهتمون بنسب الأنبياء ، فيحفظونها أو يدونونها ، فكان الإهتمام بنسب فروع سام و لا سيما فرع آرام .

* I call all European and Americans colleges and schools text books to be reconsidered as the Arab also have some other attitudes to be reconsidered
* Islamophopia became very widespread all over Europ and the world
* The middle East issue of Palastine should be reconsidered and also solutions should be offered and put to measures and be in pratice or otherwise the next 5 years the world will see and witness  much troubles and problems
