o his Majesty , the king of Saudi Arabia

I call on you to release Mr. Raif Badawi immediately and unconditionally , as he is being held solely for the peaceful exercise of his right to freedom of expression and assembly.

The Saudi Arabia government must:

- quash Raif Badawi’s conviction and prison sentence and drop all charges against him

- refrain from carrying out the flogging punishment

- stop charging activists with charges such as ‘apostasy’, punishable by death.

In the meantime, you must also ensure that Raif Badawi is protected from torture and other ill-treatment.

 He should be given any medical attention he may require, as well as immediate and regular access to his family and the lawyers of his choice

When one Muslim women objected to Omar bin Khattab the Chief Commander of the Muslims

The punishment of flogging in Islamic law, is a punishment for those who commit adultery like a great offense and a maximum penalty of it is 100 lashes , But judgment to 1,000 lashes is not Islam or Islamic,and there is no in Islamic law similar provision This penalty is a personal revenge designed to teach a lesson to everyone and are not religious

إنني أدعوكم لاطلاق سراح السيد رائف بدوي فورا ودون قيد أو شرط، كما انه محتجز لمجرد ممارسته السلمية لحقه في حرية التعبير والتجمع.

الحكومة السعودية يجب أن:

- سحق الإدانة والسجن عقوبة رائف بدوي وإسقاط جميع التهم الموجهة إليه

- الامتناع عن تنفيذ عقوبة الجلد

- التوقف عن فرض رسوم نشطاء بتهم مثل "الردة"، التي يعاقب عليها بالإعدام.

في غضون ذلك، يجب أيضا التأكد من أن رائف بدوي محمي من التعذيب وغيره من ضروب سوء المعاملة.

  وقال انه ينبغي إيلاء أي اهتمام الطبية التي قد يحتاجها، فضلا عن إمكانية الوصول الفوري والمنتظم لعائلته والمحامين من اختياره.

عندما اعترض احد نساء المسلمين على عمر بن الخطاب امير المؤمنين ، فقال عمر " اصابت إمرأة ، و أخطأ عمر بن الخطاب " فلم يتم عقابها لانها قالت قول حق او اعترضت على اقوال أمير المؤمنين . و عندما خطب عمر فى المسلمين عند توليه الحكم قال لهم ساندونى اذا اطعت الله و رسوله وصوبونى لو انحرفت  ، فرد عليه احدهم ، و قال : " سنقومك بهذا يا عمر و اشاهر له سيفه " فماذا كان رد عمر بن الخطاب الا ان يقول " الحمدلله ان فى امة محمد من يقوم عمر بسيفه "

أن عقوبة الجلد فى الشريعة الاسلامية ، انما هى عقوبة لمن يرتكب جرما عظيما مثل الزنا و اقصى عقوبة لها هو 100 جلدة ، اما الحكم ب 1000 جلدة ليس من الاسلام بشىء و لا فى الشريعة الاسلامية حكم مماثل

هذه العقوبة  تمثل انتقام شخصى  تهدف الى تلقين درس للجميع و هى ليست دينية

We would like to draw your kind attention that Mr. Islam Tallaat , an Egyptian youth whose picture is  attached here with , did not violate the demonstration law, which is not  a law yet .when expressing his opinion and according to the law of demonstration which is that no longer legitimate as it did not derive its legality or legitimacy from the consent of the people or their representatives and in accordance with international norms that have to be approved by parliament. upon this, and on the other hand that this law violates the Egyptian Constitution and the  international conventions signed by Egypt in some of its materials.
Based on the foregoing you all are liability and accountant in such violation of the international law and the Egyptian Constitution to detain someone wanted to express his opinion
We demand an immediate  release without any conditions because he is not a criminal or a violator  of any law.
Incur liability, is the responsibility of the position in the service of the people under the law, respect for all of you who swear to maintain and protect it and in front of the people and history,we record executive bodies violation of the laws and the Constitution

نحيط سيادتكم ان السيد اسلام المرفق طيه صورته ، لم ينتهك قانون التظاهر ، بل قانونا كان يعبر عن رأيه ووفقا لقانون التظاهر الذى لم يعد شرعيا بعد لانه لم يستمد قانونيته او شرعيته من موافقة الشعب او من يمثلهم و وفقا للاعراف الدولية انه لابد من موافقة مجلس الشعب عليه هذا و من ناحية اخرى ان هذا القانون يخالف الدستور و الاتفاقيات الدولية التى وقعت عليها مصر
و بناء على ما سبق نحملكم المسئولية فى انتهاك القانون الدولى و الدستور المصرى بحجز شخص اراد ان يعبر عن رايه
و نطالب بأطلاق سراح فورى بلا أى شروط و لا عرض على قضاء او نيابة لانه من الاساس ليس مجرما او منتهكا أى قانون.
المسئولية التى تتحملونها ، هى مسئولية منصب فى خدمة الشعب فى ظل احترام القانون الذى اقسم كل منكم على صيانته و حمايته و امام الشعب و التاريخ، نسجل انتهاك الاجهزة التنفيذية للقوانين و الدستور

The United Nation question mark

The U.S. State Department sharply criticized on Monday the Palestinian plan to submit a draft resolution at the UN Security Council, calling for an end to the occupation and the creation of a state by 2017.
وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية وجهت انتقادات حادة يوم الاثنين للخطة الفلسطينية لتقديم مشروع قرار في مجلس الامن الدولي، داعيا إلى وضع حد للاحتلال وإقامة دولة بحلول عام 2017.

Palestine was a state before the Jews raped their lands with the help of USA , France and Britain and before the recognition by Israel by the United Nations which was established for the reason of looting the wealth of the Arab and African peoples, and to dominate the world in the face of communism and for the recognition of Israel .  if Israel was recognized by the United Nations at the same time the United Nations does not recognize Palestine. Hence , here we see that the United Nations permission for bestowing what is a natural right this conduct by the UNO is questionable . and if the State of Palestine existed before the existence of the United States itself and the UNO also , how could it be for America or UNO to object to the natural right here is something wrong in the minds of those who took the decision. Christian, Jewish and Muslims go to Palestine  for a religious rite and this was before Australia, USA and UNO are founded and every person know the land there called Palestine.
If the United Nations demands and implement the decisions of the European countries and the United States only, then the nations of the world must resolve that organization called UNO and establish  another  new organization  every single person in this world Participates in taking decision and imposing its policy just to be more neutral and integral one and  achieves justice for humanity , not for thugs who bully the international community   , Taking in our consideration that  the United Nations advocates for Jews on the account of Arabs.

And  if this organization meets the demands of the United States permanently, then, it is  not considered an international organization, but  it is a right arm to achieve a colonial policies which is hostile to humanity in favor of America and other European countries and some other great powers
للولايات المتحدة الامريكية
أن فلسطين كانت دولة قبل ان يغتصب اليهود أراديهم و قبل أعتراف الامم المتحدة باسرائيل ، و اذا اعترفت الامم المتحدة بإسرائيل و لم تعترف بفلسطين ، إذن الامم المتحد يعتبر مشكوك فى قراراتها و قيامها من الاساس
و اذا كانت فلسطين دولة قبل وجود امريكا نفسها ، فكيف لامريكا ان تعترض على حق طبيعى
اذا كانت الامم المتحدة تنفذ مطالب و قرارات الدول الاوروبية و امريكا فقط ، إذن يجب على دول العالم ان تحل تلك المنظمة و تقيم منظمة جديدية اكثر حيادية و نزاهة و عدل
و اذا كانت الامم المتحدة تناصر اليهود على حساب العرب و ، إذا كانت تلك المنظمة تلبى مطالب أمريكا بشكل دائم ، إذن فإن تلك المنظمة لا تعتبر دولية بل تعتبر الذراع الايمن لتحقيق سياسات استعمارية عدائية للانسانية لصالح امريكا

We have heard that some European countries voted in their parliaments to maturity Palestinian independent state, and this is very strange that the vote on the historic natural right, known to every single person lives on this planet , the right of the Palestinians to an independent state is not a vote of any human being lives on the phase of the earth, or no one can deny the Palestinians natural right and therefore the vote on that illegal way is so strange from those countries that have declared that the rights.
Regarding the use of the veto for the great powers of states is not conformed with the times in which we live the 21 century , the people are no longer naive to be deceived that the international gamesmanship and especially the USA.
The United Nations needs to reconsider the mechanics of using the veto, the veto should be using specific conditions and the information is not bullying the major countries in the world

لقد سمعنا ان بعض الدول الاوروبية صوتت فى برلماناتها على استحقاق الفلسطينين لدولتهم المستقلة ، و كان هذا الامر غريب جدا ان يحدث تصويت على حق تاريخى معلوم للجميع، فحق الفلسطينين فى دولتهم المستقلة ليس بتصويت اى انسان على وجه الارض او لا يملك أحد ان ينكر على الفلسطين حقهم الطبيعى و بالتالى فإن التصويت على حقوق مشروعة باطل و غريب من تلك الدول التى اعلنت ذلك .
أما بخصوص استخدام حق الفيتو للدول الكبرى يعتبر امرا لا يتوافق مع العصر الذى نعيشه ، فالشعوب لم تعد بالسذاجة كى ينطلى عليهم تلك الاعيب الدولية و خاصة الامريكية
و منظمة الامم المتحدة بحاجة ان تعيد النظر فى اليات استخدام حق الفيتو ، حق الفيتو يجب ان يكون مستخدما بشروط محددة و معلومة لا بلطجة الدول الكبرى على العالم
