During the conference, which was held in Mahala Kubra City

 on April 6^th? and which was attended by  6 April movement and a number of revolutionary forces, in the cultural park, which is located in front of a police station the second in Mahala Kubra city, and during the passage of the funeral of one who was killed by the police the day before yesterday, in front of the second section police station in  Mahalla Kubra city , tear gas bombs were shot by police at the gathering of revolutionary forces on the conference which  presents within the Open Air Theatre, infuriating the people present at the conference on the occasion of the commemoration of the incident April 6, 2008, in Mahalla al-Kubra, and some of the rebels began throwing stones at police, where police used fire shots cartouche profusely and overload, which led to a lot of injuries of the demonstrators in the eye and body

It is worth mentioning that the demonstrators and the rebels if infected none of them go to the government hospital for treatment, such behavior gives incorrect reports of injuries, and because of the bullying of the Egyptian state and Egyptian police in dealing with casualty and  fabricating charges against the injured people  and  arrest them  inside the government hospital, and this is further proof that doctors do not understand any of them the fact that their role and how their performance in a manner consistent with international law, which makes us to describe    Egyptian doctors in general are ignorant in letting casualties and injured people down  in the fundamental aspect of their    own duty towards injured people to preserve the lives of patients and thus is the same that can  prosecution General and Attorney General  be described in performing their role assigned to it  .... which can called ignorance  or bulling of prosecutors and Attorney General  , and negligence in the performance of their duty, and this is a common thing in Egypt since the time before the Egyptian revolution and further than ever before , which confirms that the system  of Morsi is worse than the Mubarak regime. And what is observed on the police, the civilian people who are  non-participants in any hostile acts, are being beaten  , dragged on the ground  and fabricate charges to them o, I saw today a man was assaulted by the Sheriff  of the police station the second of Mahala Kubra city  named: Alaa Gharabawy, and beat  the peacefully standing person and threaten him to enter the department and fabricate his charges, and I saw it with my own eyes, where one of the other people who witnessed this , said to the Sheriff , "I have being  recording this at my mobile   " and began a dialogue  between us, we  a group of people with the officers that  released this man a few minutes later . It is worth mentioning that such incidents occur and have occurred and have being occurred before our eyes today and the last  previous months

اثناء المؤتمر الذى انعقد فى مدينة المحلة الكبرى لحركة 6 ابريل و عدد من القوى الثورية ، فى الحديقة الثقافية التى تقع امام قسم شرطة ثان المحلة الكبرى ، و اثناء مرور جنازة احد الذين قتلتهم الشرطة اول امس من امام قسم ثانى بالمحلة الكبرى ، تم اطللاق قنابل غاز بواسطة الشرطة على المؤتمر و المتواجدين داخل المسرح المكشوف ، مما اثار غضب الاهالى و المتواجدين فى المؤتمر بمناسبة احياء ذكرى حادثة 6 ابريل عام 2008 فى المحلة الكبرى ، و بدأ البعض من الثوار يرشقون الشرطة بالحجارة ، حيث استخدمت الشرطة اطلاق طلقات خرطوش بغزارة و بافراط ، الامر الذى ادى الى احداث الكثير من الاصابات بالمتظاهرين فى العين و الجسد .

جدير بالذكر ان المتظاهرين و الثوار فى حالة اصابتهم لا يلجئ أى منهم  الى المستشفى الحكومى للعلاج ، الامر الذى يعطى تقارير غير صحيحة عن الاصابات ، و ذلك بسبب بلطجة الشرطة و الدولة المصرية فى التعامل مع المصابين بتلفيق لهم التهم و القبض عليهم داخل المستشفى الحكومى ، و هذا دليل اخر على ان الاطباء لا يفهم اى منهم حقيقة دورهم و طريقة اداءه بطريقه تتوافق مع القانون الدولى، الامر الذى يجعلنا ان نصف الاطباء المصريين بصفة عامة بالجهل فى تخاذلهم فى الجانب الاساسى لدورهم بالحفاظ على ارواح المرضى و بالتالى تخاذل النيابة العامة وو النائب العام فى اداء دوره المنوط به ....مما يمكن تسميته بجهل النيابة و النائب العام او بلطجة كلا منهم و تقصيرهم فى اداء واجبهم و هذا هو الامر الشائع فى مصر منذ زمن قبل الثورة المصرية و زاد عن ذى قبل , مما يؤكد ان نظام مرسى اسوأ من نظام مبارك.  و ما يلاحظ على الشرطة انها تقوم باستهداف او القبض على  الاشخاص المدنيين الغير مشاركين فى اى اعمال عدائية و تقوم بضربهم و سحلهم و تلفيق لهم التهم ، فقد شاهدت اليوم رجلا تم تهجم مأمور قسم ثانى و اسمه : علاء الغرباوى ، و ضربه و تهديده بدخول القسم و تلفيق له التهم ، و و شاهدت ذلك بعينى ، حيث قال أحد الاشخاص الاخرين لمأمور قسم ثانى ، " اننى اقوم بتصويرك " و بدأ حوار لنا مجموعه من الاشخاص مع الضباط الى ان تم اطلاق سراح هذا الرجل . جدير بالذكر ان مثل تلك الحادثة تحدث و حدثت فى الايام و الشهور السابقة امام اعيننا

Ignorance
We are some of the Egyptian activists and some other activists of the world, from all over the world have our own aspirations and our challenges. For us in Egypt, our ambitions do not stop at the change only in Egypt, but beyond that, to a change in the form of rules and regulations of  the United Nations, in order to achieve Justice and equality among nations, and to avail international democracy among nations, furthermore ; to get rid of all forms of racism and discrimination in Egypt and the world, especially international racism , global and international racial discrimination that embodied in the form  of obsessions  about the other and fears from the other by which some hostile reactions  can be formed or occurred, some of those concerns are not based on sound or True facts, these can be  raised and published by ignorant and racist International Media, and politicians who have low-horizon and thoughts, those politicians can only  win the support of voters in  forms of racism and  extremism by political rhetoric that increases and deepens wrong understanding and erroneous, which is built on  hatred and misinterpretations, which ultimately leads to the consolidation and deepening ignorance about and of the other,
Incitement to hatred
incitement to hatred to the other, attacking or even non-acceptance with ignorance(in an ignorant way), and finally the lack of respect for the customs and traditions, values and principles and beliefs and the other holy aspects , as well as increases the widening gap between peoples of the world. also,  bad education upon which teachers are inefficient or even narrow-minded, or intolerant towards other nationalities, by teaching children in a wrong way some wrong concepts to establish abomination and hatred to the other by using wrong standard , false and incorrect things about the other, and some types of customs and traditions that reinforce the tribal or even to be overdoing being too  proud of nationalism, but incorrectly increases the deepening dispute between the other nationalities and preaches non-acceptance and hatred.          All this is encouraged by bad habits , traditions and bad education and Mass Media which is worse and finally politicians who do not have visions of thoughts, driven by weak and bad thoughts , and their weak  intellectual and political ideas to turn the people of their nations against
The Arab leaders being reluctant
, all that was running  was not clearly and specifically and strongly rejected by the Arab leaders, or  the Arab people, nor non Arabs Leader and not their people where they are raising generations on the concepts of contradictory and conflicting, there is no man in this world does not know that man on earth, was originated from one father and one mother, "Adam and Eve", but there is a flimsy and false racism. We first learn while we are so young that Earth ( the globe) does not  belong to any one, but that the ownership and possession  devolve to God alone, and so it is our habits we Arabs that honor passerby and guests. ,even though you could hear what they call, illegal immigration, However; we learned that the passerby has rights, but the basic rule governing the disposition it does not remain in order to continue in the place we live and this rule which prevailed no longer codifies Nowadays current because of Western thought aseptic which is full of obsessions  and narrow horizon. In addition to the use of these leaders in the world to unethical tactics, including lying and no secret we all lie and inhumane tactics and even demonic used by  Tony Blair, George Bush and Dick Cheney in incitement against Islam and the Arabs and the war in Iraq   .
Greed and evil blind the eyes of only the stupid. Tony Plair and George w.  Posh left their positions and soon will depart our world, so what are their gains

UN does not even try to stop the illegal attacks which were built on a lie. UN didn’t take any procedure which could lead to suspensions or even exerted any sort of pressure, just only to stop such blind barbarian attack.  add to all of the above mentioned , the use of the veto, which is limited to a small group of countries which are in the same times in constant conflict with each others somehow especially in dividing resources and interests, this conflict either in the form of possessing the natural resources and energy sources or another conflicts are  in the form of promotion and smuggling of  weapons . Even recently in the forms of tribal alliances. Such things, actions and thoughts of racism which incite hatred. All of this results to form some different sorts of international inhalers gangs

 . When the American President or any American politician gives talk about international alliances, I feel humiliated and at the same time, compassion for human beings who walks in a barbaric ways in standardized forms of gangs. All that affects the people of the world. The United Nations passed more than 70 years without a serious change in its performance and shape.  we must discuss its form in a democratic way, suggesting new procedures, tools and mechanism that might be more democratic to all nations to share taking decisions>we people of the world specially Arab world should have threaten not to recognize the UNO if it is not positive about this request of changes and amendment of the UNO >however, we should also call for some more change in using veto inside this organization. For example, that the demand to cancel the old usage of veto or to includes a new set of countries to be elected for veto usage and that can be changed every second year. members who have the right to veto, and on the other hand, the  form and shape of the United Nations, methods of its performance, its administrative structure and the way appointing  and electing its members and employees. Our aim is to reinforce the presence of the United Nations, but in a more democratic way, more efficiently, and form more mandatory for the major states that bullying on other states very often. Focus on the Prohibition of the arms trade per repressive countries and criminalize the smuggling of arms in general.  non-proliferation in the world all but a more democratic as Israel in the area should have been free from spreading nuclear weapons and weapons of mass destruction, and though Israeli and American  are bullying with the assistance of the western countries and they all form some kind of alliance gangsters .Western countries with America and Israeli  overlooked the existence of nuclear weapons in Israel and is worth mentioning that Israel has almost 200 nuclear warheads, and at the same time, the whole world and the United Nations are against and attacking the Iranian attempts to get the technology to manufacture nuclear weapons, and bizarre, that these attempts are not serious and did not and will not be serious However, dealing with the same issue of non-proliferation of nuclear weapons in the Middle East, as they call it, but to deal with the same issue with neutrality and transparency with both countries; Iran and Israel; as we see it must be extended  to Pakistan and India . we should use  at the same time , the stick or carrot -style, knowing that the strong will, always achieves its goals if  we are honest, and backed by science, thought and good analysis.

All such sick actions  make me feel pity for the people of the world while the presence of the leaders of those people who play tricks and plots just to move the feelings of their people against the other  and incitement to hatred and entrenchment of moral values among their people. Those leaders and politicians and the people who follow such procedures are completely wrong when considering such action as a patriotic one and encouraged and contributed to more media ignorance and immoral, and previous education, social values and traditions rigid and extremist even in the hardest world's democracies.
 everything remains an urgent need for change and an urgent need for all Arabs, Africans and Latin American countries. And will post it at an appropriate time in English, Spanish, French and German to spread among the peoples of the world.
 economic sanctions
 often hear about tightening economic sanctions on some of the state and he was the biggest example of Syria, Iran, Korea, and previous attempts against China and waving against a lot of authoritarian states or non-democratic and which do not apply international standards of human rights.
many of us imagined that such sanctions are considered good tools to experience pressures against governments in authoritarian states and undemocratic ones, but if we Looked back to our  history, we can easily understand that those sanctions do not affect the governments and the tyrannical rulers , even impair their people and plagued thousands but millions in those countries further into poverty and marginalization and oppression, hunger and disease, and these despotic rulers and their governments do not care about such sorts of punishments where wealth is concentrated in their hands and their families and followers . this kind of punishment and did not care and more example could hit him events that occurred in the Arab revolutions reveal to us   the money that was concentrated in the hands of the rulers and their families and their entourage who are close to them. Ben Ali was an example, Gaddafi, Mubarak a, Abdullah Saleh and Bashar al-Assad are a perfect example of that. the biggest and clearest example is Bashar al-Assad who kills his people
 There is no other methods to international organizations but reprehensibility , but if there is another method in the international community to gain from these figures and tried internationally for more fair trials and transparent and fair, would be better than the collective punishment of the people and which may not only affect in the people of those countries alone, but extends to the peoples of other countries neighboring or associated with commercial or economic relations and I consider this style is a human and unfair punishment.
 international policies reduce awareness among the people even in democratic countries and major policy and is sometimes used most of the time,   and is something of mutual interests where alliances are the biggest actor in such interactions , also where we can see  inhumane forms of  behaviors such as being idle or policies of closing the eyes or keeping silence and to remain silent about the violations by some specific states  or rulers or governments.

عند فتح محضر عندما تتعرض لاى موقف يستدعى الذهاب الى قسم الشرطه او النيابه كى تحرر محضر و تكتب شكوى ...فمن الطبيعى انك لم تصنع هذا الموقف فهو امر فجائى و لم يتم التحضير له و لذلك فانت مضطر و ليس جاهز و مستعد له
اولا : فى القسم يطلب منك الضابط او امين الشرطه ان تكتب شكوى على ورق من مواصفات معينه ...مسطر كبير الحجم ...اى ورقه كراسه لا تنفع او اى ورقه لا تنفع .....سبحان الله عمر بن الخطاب كان يكتب و يتلقى الشكاوى على كسر الفخار او الطين او الجلد .....اى ورقه يكون مكتوب فيها الشكوى بشكل واضح تكفى الاذكياء و العمليين ..ام الجهلاء و الاغبياء و غير العملين يتمسكون حرفيا )بالشكل و لا يتمسكون بالمضمون ....وز هذا ما يؤدى بنا الى عدم تحقيق المضمون ..( العدل ) و( التق
ثانيا : غالبا ما يكون امام او بجوار القسم رجل يجلس على منضده يبيع الورق و يكتب شكاوى و معاه طوابع و دمغه يبيعها باسعار مرتفعه عن حقيقتها و يستغل عدم درايه المواطنين بكثيرا او قليلا من الامور ..ليتلاعب بعقولهم و يستغلهم  و هذا الرجل غير مرخص له ...و هى مهنه مثلها مثل الباعة الجائلين ....و رغم ذلك يقول لك المخبر او امين الشرطه او الضابط  اذهب لهذا الرجل و اجلب منه ورقه و اجعله يكتب لك الشكوى ..و تشعر ان هناك تفاهم بينهم و بينه

دولة البلطجه مازالت تمارس البلطجه بشكل او باخر..........


انه فى يوم 11/7/2012 فى المحله الكبرى

قامت حملة تنفيذ تابعه لشرطة مرافق المحله الكبرى. بالقبض على بعض المواطنين من الباعة الجائلين فى منطقه حى الحنفى بشارع 23 يوليو المحله الكبرى.

الباعة الجائلين يقدر عددهم فى جمهوريهة مصر العربيه ب اكثر من 5 ملايين شخص اى 5 ملايين اسره.الباعة الجائلين هم مواطنين ليس لهم محلات لعرض بضائعهم فيقوموا بعرض بضائعهم او تقديم خدماتهم بالعديد من الطرق التى تعتبرها الدوله غير شرعيه.فمنهم من يعرض بضاعته فى الطريق مع مراعات عدم تعطيل الماره او الطريق العام فى اماكن ثابته .و منهم من يعرض بضائعه او خدماته بطريقه موسميه مثل يوم الجمعه و الثلاثاء و الاسواق الاسبوعيه فى محافظات مصر.و منهم من يتجول فى الاتوبيسات و الشوارع او القطارات او يمر على المحلات و الشركات و الهيئات ليعرض بضائعه.

و تكمن المشكله فى هؤلاء الذين يستقروا فى اماكن ثابته حيث يتم تحرير مخالفات اشغال طريق لهم بطرق عشوائيه و ليست مقننه فقد يتعرض احدهم فى الاسبوع الواحد لاكثر من محضر .المحضر الواحد يكلف البائع 155 جنيه يتم تخفيضه عند الدفع الى 70 جنيه احيانا و احيانا الى 55 جنيه ..و لا نعرف متى يتم و كيف يتم التخفيض.

و نرى ان ابسط حق من حقوق الانسان وفقا للميثاق الدولى لحقوق الانسان لمنظمة الامم المتحده و التى مصر تكون عضو فيها و موقعه على تلك الاتفاقيات ان المواطن من حقه اختيار عمله و نوعه و على الدوله تامين له ذلك.لا ان تحاربه بشكل قهرى و تعسفى و تمييز. فالملاحظ ان فى مصر كلها و خاصة تلك المنطقه اتن كثيرا من المحال تعرض بضائعها فى الطريق العام و تشغل الطريق العام دون ان يتم تحرير لها اى مخالفات و كذلك كبار التجار يقوموا باشغال الطريق بطريقه يتم عرقله الماره و شغل الطريق العام دون تحرير لهم اى مخالفات.اما البائع الجائل و المواطن البسيط تتعامل معه اجهزة الدوله منها النيابه و المرافق و الشرطه بشكل مهين و دون اعتراف بحقوقهم كمواتطنين و دون مراعاة لكرامتهم.

ووفقا لما حدث اليوم و هو حدث متكرر نلاحظ ما يلى:

اولا : القبض على عم جمال بشكل مهين لكرامته و كرامة كل مصرى

ثانيا:مطالبته بدفع غرامه ل 33 مخالفه محرره ضده بموجب 155 جنيه للمخالفه الواحده

ثالثا: المحاضر التى كانت محرره له ليست باسمه او باسم خطأ

رابعا: المخبر الذى يدعى توفيق ...اخذ منه البطاقه ليعيد كتابه و تصحيح الاسم.

خامسا:الاضطهاد المستمر بالاستحلاف و الاصرار على تلفيق تهم لاشخاص ليس مطابق للواقع حيث انه من قام بتحرير المحاضر كان لا يعلم اسم من تم تحرير له المحاضر و الغريب ان المحاضر اكثر من 30 محضر حيث يبين ذلك اصرار الجهل و الغباء فى عمل المنظومه الشرطيه و يضاف الى ذلك اتخاذ المسئله شخصيه

سادسا:الحاج جمال كما يتضح من الفيديو انه داخل ممر لبن المحلات و لا يشغل الطريق العام و لا يعطل الطريق للماره.

سابعا: حاله تعديل الاسم و تصحيه امر مخالف للقانون و يعد تزوير فى الاوراق الرسميه.

ثامنا: عم جمال صاحب عربة الشاى دفع 2325 جنيه كى لا يكبل بالاصفاد و كى لا يبيا فى الحجز فى القسم ثم العرض على النيابه.

تاسعا: اثناء وجود عم جمال فى القسم كان شاهد عيان على تعرض احد النساء المقبوض عليهم من الباعه الجائلين للضرب على يد امين شرطه ....امين الشرطه طويل و رفيع و عظام جسمه بارزه و فمه كبير و انفه طويل كمواصفات جسمانيه لامين الشرطه الذى خرق القانون و تعرض بالضرب على احد المواطنين ...و هذه السيده تدعى ام محمد لمونه

فتح تحقيق مع امناء الشرطه و المخبر توفيق و الضابط احمد الجندى رئيس قسم مرافق المحله الكبرى

التحقيق يجب ان يشمل التعدى على المواطنين

و يشتمل على تحرير محاضر تعسفيه لباعه غير موجودين

و يستمل على التزوير فى الاوراق باعادة كتابة الاسم و تصحيحه و هذا مخالف للقانون ام لانهم لديهم الاوراق و الاختام بفعلوا ماشائوا

التحقيق يجب ان يتم مع كل افراد القسم و محاولهة مواجهتهم باباعه الجائلين لمعرفه مدى قدرتهم على التعرف على الباعه و اماكن عملهم و عدد المحاضر

قصر ثقافة المحله الكبرى هو قصر اثرى نم بناء عام 1886 .بناه منذ اكثر من قرن المعمارى العالمى الشهير البارون أمبان الذى اقام حى مصر الجديده على طراز رفيع من النسق المعمارى الاوروبى و الاسلامى
هذا القصر كان يمتلكه عبد الحى باشا خليل هو عبارة عن قصر كان يمتلكه عبد الحى خليل باشا و تم عمل اجراءات تسليمه للحكومه المصريه بموجب تعاقد تم سنة 1953 .و تم استئجار القصر  عام 1961 من احفاد عبد الحى باشا خليل لصالح هسئة قصور الثقافه. و فى عام 1981 وقعت هيئة قصور الثقافهمع ورثة المالك عن التنازل عن معظم اجزاء الحديقه و التى تقدر بحوالى 2000 متر مربع .هذا الاتفاق الذى ادى الى كثيرا من النزاعات و التدليس للاستيلاء على القصر و حديقته...حيث يتم الاستيلاء على الحديقه و انتهاك حرمة القر باعتباره مبنى اثرى تاريخى هام  . قصر ثقافة المحله الكبرى تم اعتماده رسميا كأثر تاريخى بصور قرار من اللجنه الدائمه بالمجلس الاعلى للاثار حيث تم اعتماد التمويل اللازم لترميمه و الحفاظ عليه و على مساحته الخضراء المحيطه به ليكون مزارا سياحيا .
قصر ثقافة المحله الكبرى تم انشاءه على مساحة 1514 مشتملا الحديقه و المخزن الخلفيه.حيث انه يعتبر تحفه معماريه نادرة تجمع بين الفن الاسلامى و الفن الاوروبى .حديقة القصر تحتوى على انواع نادره من الاشجار و بعضها دخلت الى مصر من دول عديده من انحاء العالم و هو اثرى  و تحميه قوانين الاثار و السياحه و القوانين و الاتفاقات الدوليه التى وقعت عليها مصر لحمايه الاثار و الفكر الانسانى و الموروث الحضارى و رغم ذلك يتواطىء محافظ الغربيه مع رجل الاعمال الذى يدعى مصطفى ابراهيم الصفتى الذى ينشىء مبنى بجوار القصر للاستيلاء على حديقة قصر الثقافه
قصر ثقافة المحله الكبرى  يعتبر من الاثار الرسميه حيث تم توثيق ذلك رسميا فى جريدة الوقائع المصريه فى صفحه 70 عدد 32 لعام 2010  و بعد احتجاج القوى السياسيه و الثوريه و احتجاجاتهم و رفع دعوى رقم 1 لسنه 2012 و قضيه رقم 28 لسنه 2012 و الذى بموجبهما تم اصدار قرار المحافظ بوقف التنفيذ و الغاء ترخيص الانشاءات  قرار رقم 516 فى 9/12/2011  و لم يتم الفصل فى القضايا و تم تاجيل جلسة الامس الى 29/5/2112 على رجل الاعمال ....تم ايقاف الانشاءات لمدة شهرين بناء على قرار 244 لعام 2010 لحين الفصل فى النزاع .

قفام المحافظ بعدة قرارات بعضها بموجب اتصال تليفونى و فاكسات من وزير الثقافه بايقاف  المالك للارش المجاورة للقصر لمنعه عن التعدى على حديقة القصر عدة مرات و كل مره يتم تعيين حراسه من رجال الشرطه و المرافق لبعض من الوقت ثم يتم اعطاء المالك للارض المجاوره قرار اخر باستمرار مزاوبة الانشاءات رغم ان القضاء لم يفصل بعد بموجب قضيه رقم 1 و 28 لعام 2012 .
تقرير المهندسية ناديه حسونه  مدير الادارة الهندسيه بمجلس مدينة المحله الكبرى:
انه كان يجب حساب الشوارع قبل اعطاء ترخيص المبانى للجار الثانى المجاور للقصر اما بانسبه للمجاور مباشرة للقصر فكان تقريرها انه كان ينبغى حساب الشوارع قبل اعطاء الترخيص الثانى ايضا للبناء بجوار القصر .
وفقا لما سبق
فْان قصر ثقافة المحلة الكبرى بالرجوع الى تاريخ انشاءه و المهندس الذى اشرف على انشاءه فانه مبنى تاريخى
و بما انه مبنى تاريخى يجب على الحكومه المصريه ان تحميه و تحافظ عليه وفقا للقوانين الدوليه
نرى انه ينبغى فتح تحقيق شبهة فساد لكل الجهات المختصه بالاشراف عليه و هى اولا .....محافظ الغربيه صاحب القرارات المتضاربه و التى اعطت فرصه للجار ان يبنى  و يتعدى على القانون و على القصر ......رئيس حى مجلس مدينة المحلة الكبرى و رئيس مدينة المحلة الكبرى و.... و لجنة الاسكان  و هيئة المساحه  ...هيئة التنسيق الحضارى ووزير الاثار  ووزير الثقافه ووزارة الداخليه و خاصة رئيس المرافق فى المحلة الكبرى و طنطا...احمد الجندى و رفيق رفعت
و يتضح ان كل تلك الجهات افسدت و تورطت فى تجرؤ الملاك المجاورين للقصر و الاستيلاء على جديقته حيث تم تستيف الاوراق و اعدادها اعدلد جيد بحيث انهمك الان يروجوا لاشاعات ان حديقة القصر تعتبر شارع و هنا تكمن المشكله حيث ان المالك المجاور كلن يحاول يبنى بلاكونات و مطلات و محلات فى مواجهة الحديقه ....بوعود من  المتورطين .
نطالب بالوقف الفورى لكل انواع الانشاءات و ازالة الابنيه المجاورة للقصر بما يتناسب مع حرمته الاثريه و التاريخيه على الاقل 10 امتار من سور حديقة القصر
تطالب منظمة اليونيسكو الدخل الفورى للحفاظ على القصر الاثرى التاريخى فى جمهورية مصر العربيه مدينة المحله الكبرى
