In accordance with the news of Al Youm7 News which was nearly one of the resources of documenting the aggressition assault ,repression and oppression by the security Egyptian police to the worker when the police confisicated all video tapes with the media people so as to complete and continue their chocking to the democracy and sentence human rights to death.
 Aisha Abdel Hady, Femal Minister of Manpower and Immigration said, the break-up company workers (Amoncio), after the success of the Committee to set up by the Ministry of Manpower with the participation of representatives from each of Banque Misr and the General Labor Union in spinning and weaving, and trade-union committee of employees in (Amoncio) to reach an agreement to settle the rights of workers of the company.
The minister said,It would be launched within the next few days to coordinate with all stakeholders and the General Federation of Trade Unions of Egypt to take all necessary steps to implement the agreement and to safeguard the rights of workers, and it will work to provide alternative employment opportunities a worker out on the early retirement of the company after its liquidation.This occured weeks ago.

The company workers (Amoncio) have started their sit-in by more than 3 weeks before the Shoura Council

after all discussions and decissions reached by the labour committee and the minister with the bank ,the workers were said to take 106 million pound .workers were waiting another dicission and the final one by the committee in the Egyptian parliament where they were threatened to accept only 50 million pound and then the police security began to beat them all as shown in the pictures.

What happened with the workers of Amncio and beating as a severe punshment for claiming their rights and prevent them from the right to protest outside parliament to demand their legal and financial  rights, and after the arrival of the Minister of  Manpower to a solutions and discussed with the whole parts of the problem in settlement of accounts and Workers Syndicate of workers in the parliament after notifying the workers of their financial allocation of a given according to law 106 million Egyptian pounds and then reversed, after the debate between those who were associated for a solution for the workers problems then soon after used bad manners , thug , inappropriate and inhumane by a telephone by the General Labor Union   when contacted by one of the workers that they will get only 50 million Egyptian pounds and any objection would be met by beating them with shoes(beating someone with a shoes is an insult even if a threat and very humilating in our culture to the extent that someone can be stapped ,is better for him to live with such an insult) ... this is a violation of all international laws and the Egyptian constitution and is an affront to the world's workers and workers in a humiliating way and Egypt to discuss with the people who have rights and then deny their rights and then  the role of security  comes to beat them and prevent them from demonstrating, is a way of bullying by the Egyptian government in conjunction with the Egyptian security and abuse of power and retreat of democracy and an attempt to impose their views usurped the rights of workers.

We blame and criticise  the Egyptian Government in its treatment of matters with the protesters demanding the rights that have been agreed upon in accordance with the law. a lack of understanding of decent and civilized actions to handle such issues.
We also draw criticism of the way of violence and repression and to try to close all the legal channels for workers to express their legitimate rights and criticism of the Egyptian government's attempt to deprive these workers of their legal rights and financial legitimacy and their acceptance despite the lowest they can get .we recommend some negotiations and a proper way to handle such issues

The Egyptian government's attempt to deceive the international community and the repression of the Egyptian society by preventing them from demonstrating in view of the recently witnessed large demonstrations however the government  functioned on mismanagement and randomized decision-making at all levels with such issues

حيث ان وزيرة القوى العامله فى المصرى اليوم و العديد من الصحف ظهرت و هى توعد العمال  بوضح حلو قريبا و بعد التقاءها بالبنك و نقابة العمال و ادراة الشركه و اعضاء البرلمان و قد قاموا وفقا للحسابات بوعد العمال بحصولهم على 106 مليون جنيه مصرى ليأتى فى اجتماعهم الاخير فى البرلمان حين قام نقيب العمال بالاتصال بهم و تهديدهم و اهانتهم بانهم سوف يحصلوا على 50 مليون جنيه فقط لتسويه كل امورهم و منهم المتقاعد عن المعاش المبكر و الا ....بالجزمه ..

ان ما حدث مع عمال امنسيتو و ضربهم و منعهم من حق الاحتجاج امام مجلس الشعب فى المطالبه بحقوقهم القانونيه و الماليه و بعد وصول وزيرة الشئون الاجتماعيه و القوى العامله لحلول و مناقشتها مع البنك الذى اناب عن الشركه فى تسوية حسابات العمال و نقيب العمال وفى مجلس الشعب بعد اخطار العمال فى حقوقهم الماليه بتوزيع معين وفقا للقانون 106 مليون جنيه مصرى ثم العدول عن ذلك بعد النقاش الذى دار بين هؤلاء فى مجلس الشعب ثم اخطار العمال بطريقة البلطجه و غير لائقة و غير ادميه من خلال الهاتف حينما اتصل بهم نقيب العمال بانهم سوف يحصلون على فقط 50 مليون جنيه مصرى و اى معارضه سوف يتم ضربهم بالحذاء ...فهذا امر يخالف كل القوانين الدوليه و الدستور المصرى و يعد اهانه لعمال العالم و عمال مصر و طريقه مهينه للنقاش مع اصحاب حق و ياتى بعد ذلك دور الامن بضربهم و منعهم من التظاهر امام البرلمان فى القاهرة يعد اسلوبا من اساليب البلطجه للحكومه المصريه بالاشتراك مع الامن المصرى و استغلال السلطه و تراجع للديموقراطيه و محاولة فرض الراى المغتصب لحقوق العمال

و بناء على ماسبق نوجه اللوم و النقد للحكومه المصريه فى طريقة تناولها للامور مع المتظاهرين المطالبين بحقوقهم التى تم الاتفاق عليها وفقا للقانون عدم التفاهم اللائق والحضارى معهم

كما اننا نوجه النقد لطريقه العنف و القمع و محاولة سد كل القنوات الشرعيه للعمال للتعبير عن حقوقهم المشروعه

و النقد لمحاولة الحكومه المصريه من حرمان هؤلاء العمال من حقوقهم القانونيه و الشرعيه و الماليه رغم قبولهم باقل ما يمكن الحصول عليه بعض مفاوضات و ايام احتجاج طالت بهم على مدى شهر تقريبا

محاوله الحكومه المصريه خداع المجتمع الدولى و قمع المجتمع المصرى بمنعهم من التظاهر نظرا لما تشهده الاونه الاخيرة من كثرة المظاهرات و الداله على سوء الادارة و عشوائيه اتخاذ القرارات على كافة المستويات

Democratic & Human rights report تقرير عن حقوق الانسان و الديموقراطيه

Then the government  and the NDP tried to find the justification for what happened in the demonstration, said by some of the NDP on TV programs that those who were in civilian clothes were men who are  National Party who love their country .. and this means that the demonstrators are the enemies and haters of their country ... and this is a historical precedent .

As for the corruption of the Ministry of the Interior, the inquisitorial system, which is based on their rule in the Egyptian judiciary system is corrupted, as it lacks the professional , lacks knowledge ,lacks the experience and expertise and finally to whom pay more ..
Also they (The government and NDP)wanted to get complete control on the Lawyre Union the Chairman of it is a NDP and they wanted to pass a law in the parliament to tailor a new status of the next one .Eng.Union is frozen. Pharmacies Union is corrupted by their thug and secret agents to sabotage the union .
The right to peaceful assembly and demonstration .. A right given by the Constitution and international conventions .. and prevent warnings ,but the Interior Ministry insists on the arbitrariness of a misunderstanding of the law and warn the demonstrators that he doesn't accept their letter of information of their protest ,also to redetain the people judged by the court to be releases .he issues a detaining letter such as in case of Bahaa Fazzaa who is judged to be released more than 7 times and he is still detained..When we review the international conventions, which are of the right to peaceful assembly as one of the most important rights as well as review the texts of the Egyptian Constitution and the provisions of the Egyptian judiciary in that it becomes clear to us legal error, which was signed by the Ministry of the Interior when he insisted that the rejection of applications to allow demonstrations is a legitimate right and no right to the Ministry of Interior  to refuse the right to demonstrate and not legally to refuse and that the culture of the Ministry of Interior in meditation with the politicians demonstrators  is much distress, violence and repression, terror until its dealings with the soldiers and they are at least the rank of improper and inhumane when we see in some demonstrations by some officer pushes the soldiers twords the protesters as if they were animals also they amke a siege around the protesters not to protect them but to isolate them from others who wants to join them in to weaken them  The Egyptian government and its genius thinkers in their way to find a lawful case of condmning Dr.Baradae and his supporters ,when arrested 8 persons afew days ago and their conviction was signatures and forms...but in the court they tried to call them a banned group as they called Muslim brotherhood group before and the whole world believed them and made Muslims as symbols of terrorism ...It is the government that needed a trial.


The Egyptian security police officer is promoted by nomeric production of cases and files he made no matter how or the quality. so they fabricate charges and crimes to many people everyday ...not only political it is a methodological way to terrify people ...It is very obvious to every citizen at all standard in Egypt that every officer has some knives ,daggars,...packets of hash,opium..etc in his closet or drawer to fabricate crimes to innocent people. judges and attorneys know this....!    Every person in Egypt know this. Mubarak knows.Ministers know ....and everyday people are driven to the court ...maybe they do not be prisoned ,but bailed ...same people are arrested everywhile then they became recorded criminals because they are ignorant and or unemployed and or very poor ...this is always done because of the emergency law. It is not strange  that it happens to see someone seaches some young youth ...self searching without any warranty or permission of the judiciary  in the streets and if you are a human right activist and tried to correct this they arrest you as you attacked a government employee durng his doing his job .......not only political it is a methodological way to terrify people ..

ان تراجع حالة الديموقراطيه الذى تشهده مصر تراجعا ملحوظا و غير مسبوق فى اى فترة زمنيه و لا اى دوله فى العالم حيث ان هذا التراجع يتلخص فى النقاط التاليه تزايد مخالفات اعضاء مجلس الشعب و التى تراوحت ما بين مخالفات قانونيه و دستوريه و اخلاقيه و يتضح ذلك فى رفع احد النواب الحذاء فى احد الجلسات و سب الدين و سب المواطنين فى جلسات اخرى و اشهرها شوبير و بطرس غالى , الادانات للمتظاهرين وتحريض الامن على المتظاهرين باطلاق النار عليهم و يضاف الى ذلك التعامل الشديد الخشونه من وزارة الداخليه مع المتظاهرين السلميين المطالبين بالحقوق السياسيه لدرجة الاعتداء عليهم و سحلهم و القبض عليهم و تلفيق التهم ضدهم و ملاحقتهم فى منازلهم و تهديدهم واشتباك عبد الرحيم الغول مع متظاهرين امام مجلس الشعب و يضاف الى ذلك تعاون الامن فى الجامعات و الاداره مع وزارة الداخليه ضد الطلبه النشطين سياسيا و نصب كمائن لهم و افتعال المشاجرات للتنكيل بهم و القبض عليهم اما من داخل الحرم الجامعى او من خارجه كما حدث فى جامعة منوف و الاسكندريه و القبض على الطالب طارق خضر و العديد من الطلبه فى هندسة وطب و تجارة منوف بالاضافه الى الاجراء التعسفى ضد الطلبه و الطالبات فى تجارة القاهرة بمنعهم و حرمانهم من دخول الامتحان عقابا لهم لاشتراكهم فى الانشطة السياسيه و عددهم 59 طالب و طالبه .هذا و زاد الوضع سوءا عندما تم الاعتداء على البنات و الاشخاص بدنيا و جنسيا من قبل رجال الامن و تلفيق التهم لبعضهم كما حدث مع احمد دوما و اتهامه بضرب 13 ضابط و بعض المساعدين لهم هذا الشاب النحيف و تم استخدام هذه الاستراتيجيه الامنيه مع احمد دوما كما سبق و استخدمها رجال الامن ووزير الداخليه فى تصريحات لهم عن ما حدث فى 6 ابريل و تم نشر ذلك فى جريدة لوس انجلوس و كتب التقرير منظمة هيومان ووتش الامريكيه عند متابعتهم للاحداث فقد ذكر المتحدث الرسمى لوزارة الداخليه ان المتظاهرين تعدوا على 13 او 14 ضابط و هو نفس العدد الذى تم اتهام احمد دوما به ايضا يوم 3 مايو و هكذا كان يوج لتلك المقوله كثيرا من رجال الحزب الوطنى و النواب المنتمين للحزب الوطنى اما بخصوص رجال الامن فى زى غير رسمى و الذين شوهدوا فى 6 ابريل باختطافهم بعض المتظاهرين و سحلهم و ضربه المتظاهرين لا فرق عندهم بين متظاهر امراة , بنت او ولد او رجل كبير او صحفى او اعلامى..حاول رجال الحزب الوطنى ان يجدوا مبرر لما حدث فى المظاهرة قالوا فى احد البرامج التليفزيونيه ان هؤلاء الذين كانوا فى الزى المدنى هم رجال الحزب الوطنى المحبين لبلدهم ..و يعنى ذلك ان المتظاهرين هم الاعداء و الكارهين لبلدهم ...و هذه سابقه تاريخيه و سرعان ما عدلو عنها بعد ان تكلم عنها العالم .اما بالنسبه لاسيوط فقد تم القبض على 20 شخص من افراد احدى الطرق الصوفيه المعروفه بالاحمديه فى بقريه درنكه.و من المؤسف جدا فى محاكمة خلية الزيتون صرخ الاهالى وقالوا للمحكمة إن هناك ضابطا خلف المنصة يهدد الشاهد بالذبح فكيف يصل هذا الضابط عند المنصة و ماذا يحدث فى القضاء .اما بخصوص سلطات وزارة الداخليه فلنا هذا التقرير حيث تم القبض و اعتقال الكثيرين قبل 6 ابريل و زوار الفجر فى المحله الكبرى و عدة محافظات و مطاردات للكثير من المواطنين ...و كذلك التعدى على محامى فى سجن طرى و عدم السماح له بزياره موكله و لا لاهله زيارته و تلفيق التهم اصبح الامر السائد لكل النشطاء السياسيين و و عدم التزام وزير الداخليه بالاحكام القضائيه حيث القبض على الاستاذ طه حمدى و هو صحفى كان يتابع متضررى السيول فى اسوان دون اى اتهام و لم يتم الافراج عنه و السجون السريه مازالت متواجده فى مصر و بعد القبض على بهاء فزاع و تم تبرئته و حكم له القضاء باخلاء سبيله تم اعتقاله قبل ان يصل الى بيته و اعاد المحاكمة 7 مرات كل مرة يتم تبرئته و لكن وزير الداخليه لا يلتزم باحكام القضاء. اما عن فساد وزارة الداخليه فان نظام التحريات التى يقوم على اساس منه الحكم فى القضاء المصرى هو نظام فاسد حيث انه يفتقر الى المهنيه و يفتقر الى العلم و يفتقر الى الخبرة و الخبرات و اخيرا من يدفع اكثر يكون التقرير فى صالحه و بالتالى القضاء يفسد عندما يلتزم باوراق و تقارير يعلم جيدا انها فاسدة فكيف يلتزم بها.
الحق فى التجمع السلمى والتظاهر.. حق منحه الدستور والمواثيق الدولية ..وتمنعه إنذارات وزارة الداخلية بتعسف و سوء فهم للقانون
عندما نستعرض المواثيق الدولية التى تتعرض للحق فى التجمع السلمى كأحد أهم الحقوق و كذلك نستعرض نصوص الدستور المصرى وأحكام القضاء المصرى فى ذلك يتبين لنا الخطأ القانونى الذى وقعت فيه وزارة الداخلية عندما أصرت على رفض الطلبات المقدمة لها للسماح بالمظاهرات و هو حق مشروع و ليس لوزارة الداخليه الحق فى رفض حق التظاهر و ليس قانونا ان ترفض كما ان ثقافة وزارة الداخليه فى التامل مع المتظاهرين السياسيين يتسم بكثير من الشده و العنف و القمع الارهابى حتى تعاملاتها مع جنودها و هم الاقل رتبه بطريقه غير لائقه و غير ادميه حين نشاهد فى بعض المظاهرات يقوم بعض الضباط بدفع العساكر من الخلف و كأنهم حيوانات

Today 8 person were arrested while collecting signatures on a form calling for law reforms ,yesteday 8 persons were arrested for defending human right ,two days ago 2 people were arested for supporting an opponent to Mubark's party Shura nomanee...this is what we could follow ,but there are hundrededs who we can't follow
The 8 people arrested in Damanhour have not expossed to the attorney ..till now while they were arrest this morning.this is another way to terrify people and humiliate them by not showing them to the court but the following day after the court judges their release the Egyptian police cuffs them and take them to the police .might never be back to their homes or otherwise they are exposed to some other humiliation by illtreating them and insulting them if the Egyptian police don't want to torture them...If a lawyre of his family wanted to see him they don't allow or maybe sometimes they tel his familly that is inot available at the police...No Grurantees for your security of safty in Egypt

تجاوزات عديده في دائرة أشمون محافظة المنوفية اعتقال اثنين من أنصار المرشح أشرف بدر الدين ومنعه من جولاته الإنتخابية بعد الترحيب الذي قوبل به في القرى التي زارها ومصادرة اجهزة الدعاية وسيارة وقوات متأهبة لتمزيق اللافتات والتدخل السريع لمحاصرة تحركات المرشح .
اعتقلت اليوم الأجهزة الأمنية بمدينة أشمون كلا من :
1- المهندس الزراعي عاطف حسن الدناصوري 41 سنة سكرتير النقابة العامة للمهندسين .
2- السيد محمد زكي سنجر تاجر 41 سنة .
كما تم التحفظ على السيارة رقم 540130 نقل المنوفية واجهزة مكبرات صوت ومولد كهربي
وتم تحرير محضر رقم 4715 لسنة 2010 اداري أشمون
وذلك صباح اليوم أثناء ممارستهم للدعاية الإنتخابية للمرشح لمجلس الشورى أشرف بدر الدين نائب مجلس الشعب الحالي حيث فوجئوا بهجوم قوة كثيفة من المخبرين ومباحث أمن الدولة عليهم والقبض عليهم ومصادرة السيارة واقتيادهم للقسم وتحرير محاضر وتحويلهم للنيابة بتهمة الإخلال بالأمن العام والدعاية لأفكار الإخوان المسلمين عبر مكبرات الصوت .
وذلك مخالفة لأحكام الدستور والقانون التي تتيح للمرشح استخدام كل وسائل الدعاية بدون حتى اخطار السلطات والتي يستخدمها مرشح الحزب الحاكم بالإضافة الى تمكينه من استخدام كل موارد الدولة في دعايته الإنتخابية .
الغريب تواطئ النيابة التي أمرت بالتحفظ على مكبرات الصوت ومولد الكهرباء وعدم تسليم السيارة الا بعد عرضها على شرطة المرور في مخالفة صريحة لمواد القانون مع اخلاء سبيل الناشطين والمحتجزين في قسم الشرطة حتى كتابة هذه السطور.
وعلى صعيد آخر تم اليوم منع المرشح أشرف بدر الدين وانصاره من زيارة قرية سهواج مركز أشمون في جولة انتحابية معلنة واستقبله العمدة المعين من قبل السلطات (محمد أنس شلبي خلف ) ومجموعة كبيرة من الأفرد وقال له أنت ممنوع من دخول البلد ولدي تعليمات بالتعامل معك بالقوة اذا لزم الأمر وكان معه ايضا اعضاء في الحزب الوطني الذين تعدوا بالسب والشتم على انصار بدر وابرز المتعدين كان محمد عبد الهادي علي فتيان ( عضو مجلس محلي ) والثاني عبد المجيد محمد عبد المجيد خلف .
كما رصد المراقبون وجود قوة تدخل وانتشار سريع اضافية بقيادة لواء على الأقل في كل نقطة شرطة التي في المعتاد يديرها رائد على اقصى تقدير وايضا تجيش كل افراد الأمن العادين والمخبرين لتمزيق واتلاف كل وسائل الدعاية للمرشح أشرف بدر الدين .
وهذا في الوقت الذي يمارس مرشح الحزب الوطني دعايته الإنتخابية مستخدما مقرات وموارد الدولة الغريب انه تم رصد قيامه بمؤتمر جماهيري اليوم في المسجد الكبير بقرية سراوة مركز اشمون بالمخالفة للقانون وفي مقرات الجمعية الزراعية التابعة للدولة .
تم استقاء المعلومات من مصادر متعددة والمعلومات القانونية الخاصة بالمحضر من المحامي بأشمون الأستاذ علام عبد العليم حلمي محمول رقم 0108468430 .
نناشد كافة المؤسسات والتحالفات المعنية بمراقبة الإنتخابات سرعة التدخل لوقف هذه التجاوزات والإفراج الفوري عن المعتقلين

Mohamed Madni a correspondence of Nahdet Misr newspaper with other three human rights activists and an Egyptian citizen(Islam Refaae,Sohaib RagabMoaz Abbas and Ahmed Alkhadel) and Enforced disappearance after the Damanhour court judge judged their release .they were kidnapped by Egyptian security police no charges against them all, .They are in danger and in the unknown place. this happened 4\4\2010‎.
challenges Sections I and II of Article (10) of material "Declaration on the Protection of all Persons from Enforced Disappearance," which states:
1. Every person Should be deprived of liberty shall be located in the place of detention officially recognized, and represents, in accordance with national law, before a judicial authority promptly after detention.
2. Accurate information on the detention of persons and their place or places of detention, including the movement of transfer from one place to another, more accessible to family members or lawyers or any other person having a legitimate interest in the information, unless the persons concerned manifested by the desire to the contrary .we fear that detainees are subjected to torture at the State Security headquarters to force them to hand over tapes and recordings was recorded to the President of SSI in Rashid while rushing a house belonging to Ahmed Alkhaddlwhich lead to conviction to him
قامت مباحث امن الدوله بدمنهور بإختطاف كل من محمد مدنى – مراسل جريدة نهضة مصر - إسلام رفاعى "مدير برامج مركز الشهاب"،صهيب رجب "مساعد مدير برامج بمركز الشهاب"،والمواطنين احمد الخدل ،ومعاذ عباس واحتجازهم فى مكان غير معلوم حتى الان وهذا ماينافى البندين الاول والثانى من الماده (10)من مواد "إعلان حمايه جميع الاشخاص من الإخفاء القسرى "التى تنص على :
1. يجب أن يكون كل شخص محروم من حريته موجودا في مكان احتجاز معترف به رسميا، وأن يمثل وفقا للقانون الوطني، أمام سلطة قضائية بعد احتجازه دون تأخير.
2. توضع فورا معلومات دقيقة عن احتجاز الأشخاص ومكان أو أمكنة احتجازهم، بما في ذلك حركة نقلهم من مكان إلي آخر، في متناول أفراد أسرهم أو محاميهم أو أي شخص آخر له مصلحة مشروعة في الإحاطة بهذه المعلومات، ما لم يعرب الأشخاص المحتجزون عن رغبة مخالفة لذلك.
وجاء إختطافهم بعد ان قضت محكمه إستئناف دمنهور بإخلاء سبيلهم فى يومى ا/4/2010 ، 4/4/2010
وعلى ذلك تقدمت هيئه الدفاع ببلاغ فى النيابه برشيد يتهمون فيه مباحث أمن الدوله بإختطافهم وحجزهم فى مكان غير معلوم ويطالبون بالكشف عن مكان إحتجازهم وجاء رد مكتب أمن الدوله لينفى وجودهم بمقر مباحث أمن الدولة برشيد وانه تم ترحيلهم إلى مقر مباحث أمن الدولة بدمنهور ، فيما لم يعلن مقر مباحث أمن الدولة بدمنهور عن مكان إحتجازهم .
وتعرب المراكز الموقعة أدناه عن تخوفها من تعرض المحتجزين للتعذيب داخل مقر أمن الدوله لإجبارهم على تسليم أشرطة وتسجيلات تم تسجيلها لرئيس مباحث أمن الدولة بفرع رشيد أثناء إقتحامه منزل المواطن أحمد الخدل من شأنها إدانته

دفعت تحركات ملايين البشر في شتى أنحاء العالم الحكومات إلى طاولة المفاوضات كي تناقش أول معاهدة عالمية للرقابة على التجارة الدولية في الأسلحة. فثمة اتفاقيات دولية للرقابة على الموز وعظام الديناصورات. ولكن لا وجود لقيود عامة على نطاق العالم بأسره على التجارة في المنتجات التي تقتل البشر وتلحق بهم الإصابات، والتي لا تكاد تخضع لأية أنظمة تضبطها: أي الأسلحة والذخائر التقليدية
فمع بدء الجولة الأولى من المفاوضات، التي تنطلق في يوليو/ تموز، نحتاج إلى مساعدتك لجعل الحكومات تفي بوعودها: بأن تنجز "معاهدة لتجارة الأسلحة" تنقذ الأرواح وتحمي الحقوق فعليا

After six years, it has become the dream of a global treaty on arms trade is within reach, and almost become a reality on the ground
But what kind of treaty will be?

153 countries voted in the drafting of a treaty "strong and robust" include "the highest international standards of public as possible." But some nations want the attenuation of strong base in the international arms embargo fraught with the danger of use in the commission of serious violations of human rights. And you want to exempt other types of task of arms, or players have a role in a major commercial international trade in arms .The time to begin efforts to gain support for the conclusion of an effective treaty to the arms trade is now. While governments around the world are preparing to attend the first preparatory conference for the United Nations in July 2010, the time came the popular forces to demand that our treaty to be strong and tough. We need your help to achieve a treaty to help protect the rights, lives and livelihoods of people across the world as a whole No exceptions, no loopholes, no excuses.

My comment in a letter written to the additional following
It is natural that we do our duties towards the globe that is threatened by the risk of each side. Desertification , melting of ice ,volcanoes, earthquakes, water shortages, depletion of vital energy and the spread of diseases and epidemics , increasing poverty and food shortages ,global warming... These are things which occurred and what will become increasingly lethal as bad as for us the human beings and that the contribution made by our hands, wars and race to arms. I think we should limit the circulation of weapons , the manufacture and smuggling, and reduce the weapons of mass destruction, uranium . laws deterrent by the States and the international community without bias or focus on other interests and alliances. It's time to realize the danger and that be clear with ourselves . danger is not about to threat a specific region, but affects the whole world which will be influenced directly or indirectly .

المواطن المصرى الشريف هو الذى يتم اضطهاده, ملاحقته امنيا ,افقاره , اعتقاله , التعسف معه فى قرارات نقل او فصل تعسفى و التقليل من شأنه.و هذا ليس كلام مسهب و لكن حقائق حدثت و مازالت تحدث منذ اكثر من 30 سنه و لكنها اخذت تتفاقم و تنتشر فى المجتمع المصرى و يمكننا ان نشير الى البعض بايجاز و اولهم هو المواطن الشريف المناضل رجل الاعمال :

رامى لكح حيث تم اضطهاده و ملاحقته لافلاسه الى ان سافر الى انجلترا و فرنسا لمتابعه رؤوس امواله التى تقدر بمئات الملايين و مر على اضطهاده سنوات الى ان عاد الى الوطن بعد عقد اتفاقيات تسويه و حل للمشاكل التى تم افترائها عليه و ليس بغريب ان من مارس كل اساليب الاضطهاد و التشهير به مازال حرا دون اى مسائله او محاكمه و هو شخص مدعوم بمجموعه اخرى قد تسبب فى موت احد الشرفاء فى السجن ظلما و تشريد عائلات و مواطنين اخرين
احمد البردعى هو عضو حزب وطنى لجنة السياسات و هو رئيس مجلس ادارة بنك سابق و هو الذى سجن استاذه ورئيسه فى العمل السابق ظلما و تنكيلا به الى ان توفى فى السجن و لم و لن يرد له اعتباره و لا لاسرته , قال ان الامن هو الذى كان وراء البلاغات التى لاحقت كل رجال اعمال الشرفاء الذين هربوا خارج البلد و كان واحد منهم هو رامى لكح رامى لكح هو رجل قبطى محبوب و مشهور بكرمه و حسن الخلق و اعماله الانتاجيه و المطوره للمجتمع المصرى حيث تخاذلت الدوله و اداراتها فى حقه و حاولوا النيل منه و تدميره و هو يحمل الجنسيه المصريه و الفرنسية معا الان و لا يعرف طريقا للعصبيه مشكلته تركزت انه اقترض من البنوك ز تم تنظيم طرق الدفع و مواعيده و لكن البنك تراجع و طالبه بدفع كل مستحقاته دفعه واحدة بدلا من الاتفاق المبرم و هو التسديد على مدار 10 سنوات و من يقرأ قد يفهم ما بين السطور ..حيث ان رامى كان لديه مصنع حديد بطاقة انتاجيه 15 الف طن و كذلك يعمل فى الانشاءات قام بانشاء اكبر الفنادق و المطارات فى مصر و كذلك المستشفيات حيث انه اتم انشاء مستشفى شرم الشيخ فى 6 شهور فقط و ما يثير غضب السامعين ان رامى كان يمتلك مصنع طبى يقدر بحوالى 3 مليون جنيه مصرى عندما عاد لم يجده فالمصنع اختفى و يقال له ان المصنع تم بيعه ب حوالى 300 الف جنيه او اقل ..شىء مؤسف و مضحك فى نفس الوقت و كانت من مطالبه هو تعديل قوانين الاستثمار و ادخال الفصل 11 فى القوانين المصريه لضمان سرعة الاجراءات وفى ما يخص قانون الافلاس قال انه محتاج لتعديلات .

عمرو النشرتى و هو رجل اعمال مصرى فى لندن الان ينتظر ان تهدأ الامور و يتم التوصل لحلول لما اقترفته الدوله و رجالها ضده من اهانات و تشريد و محاولة النيل منه و الزج به فى السجون لان نشاطه كان يتركز فى انشاء السوبر ماركت و كان يوفر السلع باقل الاسعار ..الامر الذى سيجعل شعب مصر لا يصرف راتبه على طعامه فقط و بالتالى يمكن لشعب مصر يعيش قليلا مرفها و بالتالى سيهتم بشئون السياسه هذا من ناحيه و من ناحيه اخرى كان الهدف من هدمه رفعه و تملك اخرين لزمام الامر فى مصر و يحتكرون سوق السوبر ماركت و يمكن ان يتم التصالح معه فى الايام القادمة بعد ان اصبح الاخرين فى نفس النشاط اصبحوا راسخين فى السوق المصرى فعودته لا تفيد الا ليعيش رجل بلا نشاط
ثم نتحدث عن المخرج المسرحى الشهير جلال الشرقاوى و محاوله الوله عن طريق وزير الثقافه و وزير الداخليه و محافظ القاهره فى محاولة تدميره و اغلاق مسرحه مسرح الفن الذى يقدم فن راقى و عالى المستوى و مازال الرجل يكافح من اجل الحفاظ على تراثه و تاريخه المسرحى .    
محاولة اغتيال فنان مسرحى شهير كبير يحترمه و يجله المجتمع الفنى و المصرى و العربى ارسلت له المحافظه قرار ازاله و لما حاول ان يفهم الاسباب قيل له انه لابد من عمل اجراءات الامان فالقرار جاءه 1\9\2002 باخلاء المكان تمهيد للهدم و كان القرار مدعوم بتوقيعات وزير الثقافة و محافظ القاهرة و لكنه رفض الاخلاء .الجهات المسؤله (للخراب و الفساد و الاضطهاد) قامت بتهديده قطع المياه و الكهرباءو هذا مسرح باشد الحاجه لكلا العنصرين ...بمعنى اخر انه يتم اغلاق المسرح و افقار صاحبه على مدار سنوات فان استطاع يصمد وصلت قضيته للراى العام ان لم يستطيع الصمود سيقوم باخد الاشياء التاليه اما ينتهى به الامر ان يترك الدوله و يهاجر و اما ان يزج به فى السجن او اما يتم تشويه صورته و عمله و اداءه و يغلق نهائيا بلا رجعه مع العلم ان المسرح تم انشاءةه عام 1976 و لما تم سؤال رئيس حى عابدين عن سبب ادراكهم ان المسرح يشكل خطر كان رد رئيس الحى انهم نسيوا امر هذا المسرح طوال الفتره السابقه و تتابعت اللجان و الزيارات الغير ادميه و بشكل همجى و مخيف و ارهابى و التهديدات و ظل جلال الشرقاوى صامد و اعتصم بالمسرح و اشترى له كل ما كان يحتبر حجتهم و قام بكل الاصلاحات التى فرضوها كحجج  و هناك العديد من القصص المتشابهه و منها الاخوان المسلمين و تدمير كل مشاريعهم حتى و لو كانت فى شكل مستشفى لخدمه اهل مصر فى منطقه معينه .فالخراب و التدمير لغه لا يفهم غيرها غير الفاسدين المخربين .
ثم ياتى الان دور الدكتور ممدوح حمزه صاحب اكبر مشاريع هندسيه فى الشرق الاوسط و هو صاحب شركة هندسيه يعمل معه فيها اكثر من 600 مهندس غير العماله الاخرى و هو من اكثر المهندسين كفاءه
قضت محكمة الجنايات المركزية الاولد بيلي ببراءة الخبير العالمي المصري الدكتور المهندس ممدوح حمزة من الاتهامات التي وجهت له منذ عدة اعوام في لندن بالتآمر لاغتيال أربعة مسئولين مصريين وهم: الدكتور محمد إبراهيم سليمان وزير الإسكان السابق،‏ والدكتور زكريا عزمي رئيس ديوان رئيس الجمهورية،‏ وكمال الشاذلي وزير شؤون مجلس الشعب السابق،‏ والدكتور أحمد فتحي سرور رئيس مجلس الشعب. وكانت هيئة محلفين سابقة قد فشلت في الوصول لقرار في القضية مما استدعى إعادة المحاكمة مرة أخرى في الاستماع للشهود والإدعاء وأدلى الدكتور فتحي سرور عبر دائرة تليفزيونية بشهادته في القضية حيث شهد لصالح الدكتور ممدوح حمزة مما كان له أثر طيب في تبديد هذه الاتهامات وانتهى المحلفون لقرار ببراءة الدكتور ممدوح حمزة من كل الاتهامات مما يعني انتهاء القضية ضده القضية التي لُفقت له بإحكام وكادت تدخله سجن " بيل مارش"  
و لانه ليس عضو حزب وطنى جرت العاده على اطفاء ضوء هؤلاء الشرفاء و محاربتهم و ملاحقتهم عن طريق تنظيم سرى لا نعلم عنه شىء سوى ان نجد ملاحقات و اتهامات و اثاره الشائعات و محاكمات غالبا ما تفشل و لكنها تهين الناس و قد تنال من البعض ظلما و قد تتسبب فى خسارة و افلاس البعض حيت تم جمع اموال عن طريق بنامج القاهرة اليوم على قناة اليوم الفضائيه لمساعدة منكوبى السيول فى اسوان و سيناء و بالفعل تم جمع مبلغ هناك مغالطات حوله احيانا يقال 15 مليون و احيانا 18 و احيانا 28 و احيانا 30 و احيانا اخرى 40 مليون جنيه مصرى .و استقر الرأى على بناء مساكن لاهالى اسوان الذين تضرروا من الحادث السيول الاليم و تم الاتفاق مع د.ممدوح حمزه على تنفيذ عملية البناء و هو رجل هندسى على قدر عال من الكفاءة و الخبره ثم يتدخل المحافظ و هو حزب وطنى و يعيق العمل و المشكله لا اعلم هل اعاقة الرجل هى الهدف ام ان الدولة لا تريد هؤلاء المتضررين ان يقيموا فى منازل تأويهم من الشوارع ام ان المقصود وضع طريقه تتناسب مع سرقه تلك الاموال و انتهى الامر بعرض الامر على القضاء و تلفيق تهم و التلاعب بالاوراق و ننتظر النتائج

و يأت بعد ذلك السيده الفاضله الشريفه سهير الشرقاوى و اثناء اداءها لعملها اكتشفت وجود دم ملوث و قامت بفضح تلك المشكله و فضح الشركه التى كانت تورد الدم الملوث و هى شركة هايدلينا و صاحبها كان عضو فى البرلمان المصرى و عضو الحزب الوطنى أظهرت التحقيقات أن وزارة الصحة رفضت إبلاغ النيابة العامة عن الواقعة، رغم أن الشؤون القانونية بالوزارة أكدت في تحقيقاتها ارتكاب عدد من المسؤولين بالوزارة جريمة الإضرار بالمال العام، وبينما تم إبعاد مديرة الشؤون القانونية، التي طالبت بإبلاغ النيابة العامة، ونقلها من منصبها، تمت ترقية مدير العقود في مناقصة «أكياس الدم»، الذي مرر صفقة «هايدلينا» الفاسدة، إلي مدير الشؤون القانونية في الوزارة.وكشفت التحقيقات أيضاً أن أحد قيادات وزارة الصحة أصدر قراراً بإعدام آلاف الأكياس الملوثة المعبأة بالدم، ولكن مباحث الأموال العامة تحركت أسرع، وتحفظت علي الأكياس في مخازن الوزارة قبل تنفيذ قرار إعدامها، وحرزتها علي اعتبار أنها من الأدلة الرئيسية في القضية.
 و بعد تسليم الادله و التقارير تم ادانته بالفساد و الحكم عليه ثلاث سنوات و بالتالى يجب علينا شكر تلك المراة التى تستحق كل الاحترام و التقدير ,الا ان اللواء احمد فرج مساعد وزير الصحه يضطهدها و نقلها من عملها تعسفيا و رفضت و اتقدمت للنيابه العامه و القضاء الادارى و حكم لها بالعوده الى عملها و لكن مازال الاضطهاد و تلويث سمعتها و اهانتها و التهرب منها و هى الان تجلس على سلم مبنى العمل التلى كانت تعمل فيه معتصمة تطالب بحقها الذى كفله لها القانون فى الشارع تعتصم امام محل العمل و لا احد يكترث لامرها و لا احد ينصفها .
اذن اذا قلت ان مصر و خاصة اصحاب المناصب العليا الفاسدين فى مصر لا يحترمون القانون فلا ابالغ بذلك  و هم يكونون عصابات على شكل تنظيمات سريه استخباراتيه تقوم على اساس هدم كل من يعارضهم او ينافسهم و كل شىء جميل فى مصر و لا اقصد النيل منهم بل اسرد حقائق تؤلمنى و تؤلم كل انسان يتسم بصفات و اخلاق البشر و عدم احترام القانون و اوامر القضاء شىء يفسد الحياه الاحتماعيه و الاقتصاديه و السياسيه فى المجتمع المصرى و كذلك عندما اقول ان الغاء قانون الطوارىء غير كاف اقصد ان هناك الكثير من المراجعات لاداء العاملين فى اجهزة الدوله بدءا من الوزراء نزولا الى ادنى مرتبه فى العمل و الاجراءات القضاءيه مهينه للمصريين و لابد اعادة النظر فيها و ضمان استقلال القضاء و تنفيذ احكامه

The pure clean noble Egyptian citizen who is doing a prominant job is the one who is persecuted, chased by the security, impoverished, arrested, abused in the decisions to arbitrary transfered or arbitrary work separated or isolated and underestimated. this is not the words of a lengthy, but facts have occurred and still occurs during more than 30 years, but it is being gradually exacerbated and spread in the Egyptian society and we can point to some briefly .

Court Central Criminal Alaold Billy sentenced the world expert innocent , Dr Engineer Mamdouh Hamza, the accusations made against him several years ago(2006) in London plotting to assassinate four Egyptian officials who are: Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim Soliman, former Housing Minister, Dr. Zakaria Azmi, chief of staff of the President, and Kemal El-Shazly and Minister of the former People's Assembly, Dr. Ahmed Fathi Sorour, Speaker of the People's Assembly. A jury earlier failed to reach a verdict in the case, prompting a retrial once again to listen to witnesses and the claim made by Dr. Fathi Sorour-circuit television testimony in the case, testified in favor of Dr. Mamdouh Hamza, which has had a good effect to dispel the charges and ended the jury's decision to patent Dr. Mamdouh Hamza, of all charges, which means the end of the case that the case against him were tightly  fabricated and was almost put him behind bars in  prison, "Bill Marsh"

So if I said that Egypt, especially the highly positioned officials are the most corrupted (not all but the majority)those corrupted who do not respect the law, It is not an exaggeration and thus do not mean to get them facts, but I will list it really hurts and hurts every human being has certain characteristics and manners of being a human. lack of respect for the law and its orders spoils everything at social and economic life and political leaders in the Egyptian society as well as when I say that the abolition of emergency law is not enough I mean there are a lot of reviews of the performance of workers in the state administration from the Minister down to the lowest ranked also the judicial process and its procedures and regulations are humiliating the Egyptians and must be reviewed and ensure the independence of the judiciary and ensure its provisions to be applied evenly.
Finally I know that Suhier Al Sharkawi is in danger and also call for her law rights as well as Dr Galal Al Sharqawi the theater director .I ask the government to stop suppress and oppress him and his career..for Dr Mamdouh Hamza also same thing that the Egyptian government that posses the law and the regulation that can be tailored and adapted for every sitaution to get somebody and convict him guilty  for nothing but tailored and fabricated lawsuits and regulations

في أعقاب نشر المصريون لمحنته .. جهات أمنية في السعودية تلقي القبض على صلاح سالم وأسرته تناشد الأمير محمد بن نايف التدخل لإنقاذه في تتابع مؤسف لمحنة المواطن المصري صلاح سالم الذي نشرت المصريون مشكلته مع كفيله في مدينة الدمام بالمملكة العربية السعودية وانحياز جهات إدارية مع الكفيل ضده ورغبتهم في ترحيله قبل أن يبت القضاء في نزاعه مع الكفيل وحفظ حقوقه ، أرسل لنا جيران وأصدقاء المواطن المصري أخبارا مؤسفة تتحدث عن قيام أفراد منسوبين للبحث الجنائي في شرطة الدمام باقتحام منزله والقبض عليه حيث تعرض للضرب والإهانة الشديدة ، وأصرت الجهات الأمنية على منعه من دخول المستشفى حتى لا يثبت آثار الاعتداء عليه ، ثم قاموا بعد ذلك بنقله إلى سجن الشرطة الشمالية بالدمام.وتم دهس ابنه بسيارة من يومين  قبل ساعه تم القبض عليه من اناس مجهولين وعندما اعترض تم ضربه وادخلوه سيارة ملاكى بالقوه ويقول الشاهد ان هؤلاء الشرطه السريه  .
وأسرة المواطن وأقاربه يناشدون سمو الأمير محمد بن نايف مساعد وزير الداخلية سرعة التدخل لإنقاذ صلاح من سجنه ومخاطر ترحيله وإضاعة حقوقه ، كما يناشدون السفير المصري في الرياض مخاطبة الجهات المعنية بالمملكة للنظر في محنة المواطن المذكور وحفظ حقوقه وحمايته
و بناء على ما سبق انه نطالب السلطات السعوديه ان تطلق سراحه فوريا دون اى شرط و التحقيق فى الواقعه مع العلم بوجود شهود من الجيران و عرضه على الكشف الطبى و اجراء تحقيقات و محاكمة عادله و اعطاء المتضرر حقوقه الاقتصاديه و الامنيه كاملة  و على السلطات الحكوميه السعوديه مراجعه قوانينها الخاصة بالعمل

Security police in Saudi Arabia arrest Salah Salem and his family appeals to Prince Mohammed bin Nayef, to intervene to save him. In the sequence of unfortunate plight of the Egyptian citizen, Salah Salem, the Egyptians news published his  problem with his sponsor in the city of Dammam, Saudi Arabian  points of management bias  with the sponsor against him and their desire to be deported before a decision of the judiciary in its dispute with the sponsor and preserve their rights, neighbors and friends sent all had happened over the internet  to some forums the Egyptian citizen news wrote  unfortunate news about him criminal Dammam police raided his house and arrested him where he was beaten and humiliated severely when refused to go with them and refused to deliver him to a hospital after casusing him bad effects on his body torturing and beating him   whereas two or three days before this event a car ran over his son who is in the meantime had his leg and an arm  broken and went home after hospital made necessry remedies, but the security authorities insisted to prevent him from entering the hospital until the effects of the attack could not be proven , They then took him to police custody in Northern Dammam.
And the family of the citizen and the relatives appealed to his Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Nayef, assistant minister of interior for speedy intervention to save the Salah from prison and the risk of deportation and losing their rights, and appealed to the Egyptian ambassador in Riyadh to address the concerned authorities in the Kingdom to consider the plight of the citizen in question and preserve their rights and protection.
In accordance with the forementioned ,we ask the Saudi authorities to pay a fair investigation to the issue and reconsider its labour laws .to ensure the employee rights financially and securly.To introduce the criminals to a fair trial .A unconditional  and immediate release for the employee
