خصصت الحكومة للملياردير الكويتى ناصر الخرافي الذي يحتل المرتبة الأربعين فى قائمة أغنى أغنياء العالم52 ألف فدان – فى منطقة " جرزا " بمركز العياط بالجيزة بسعر 200 جنيها للفدان ، يذكر أن الفدان كان يباع للفلاحين فى المنطقة المذكورة بسعر 15 ألف جنيها ، الكارثة أن المساحة المذكورة عبارة عن منطقة أثرية وبها هرمان منهما هرم " سنوسرت " ..
- خصصت الحكومة إلى سليمان البدرى - أحد أهم الرجال المقربين إلي وزير الإسكان الأسبق إبراهيم سليمان وذراعه الأيمن فى دائرته الانتخابية – 25 فدانا بالقاهرة الجديدة بثمن بخس .. حصل البدرى على قرض كبير من بنك مصر إكستريور بضمان تلك الأرض بعد إعادة تقييمها بالأسعار الفلكية .. يذكر أن البدرى عين من قبل الوزير المذكور رئيسا لمجلس أمناء مدينة الشروق ، كما يملك مقهى " العقاد " وهو المكان المخصص لشلة الأنس من رجال سليمان ، كما يملك البدرى شركة للاستثمار العقارى تسمى

- خصصت الحكومة وبثمن بخس أراضى وفيلات وقصور إلى عدد كبير من المسئولين بها ومنهم ما يلى :
* عاطف عبيد : رئيس الوزراء الأسبق ، خصص له قصر فخم فى مارينا بالإضافة إلى فيللا ضخمة أشبه بالقصر فى قرية رمسيس بالكيلو 44 من طريق مصر الإسكندرية الصحراوى ، كما منح عدة أراضى فى مناطق مختلفة اشتراها جميعها بثمن بخس ..
اللواء هتلر طنطاوى : رئيس أكبر جهاز رقابى فى مصر لمكافحة الفساد وهو هيئة الرقابة الإدارية ، خصصت له أراضى شاسعة فى عدة مناطق وقصر فخم فى التجمع الخامس تم بناؤه بالمخالفة وقصر ثان لا يقل فخامة فى مارينا وقصر ثالث فى قرية بدر المجاورة لمارينا وفيلتان فى 6 أكتوبر .. كما تسلم أولاد هتلر من ممتلكات الدولة ما يلى :
- تسلمت ابنته سما هتلر وزوجها محمد محمود وأولادهما ندى ونوران أرضا مساحتها 40 فدانا .
- تسلمت ابنته منى هتلر وشقيقتها سما هتلر أرضا مساحتها 10 أفدنة .
- تسلم ابنه وليد هتلر يذكر أن مبارك كان قد منح هتلر طنطاوى وسام الجمهورية من الطبقة الأولى عند إحالته إلى المعاش .
* فاروق سيف النصر : وزير العدل الأسبق ، خصص له قصر ضخم فى مارينا .
* سيد طنطاوى : شيخ الأزهر ، خصص له ولولديه - عمرو وأحمد - ثلاثة قصور فخمة وعلى مساحات واسعة بالتجمع الخامس .. كما حصل ولداه المذكوران على 220 ألف متر بالدخيلة بسعر 35 قرشا للمتر ، علما أن الأرض المذكورة قد نزعت ملكيتها من مالكها الأصلي ، لكنه مثل خالد فوده فى الفقرة 5 لا يملك أى جنسية أجنبية - كالتى يتمتع بها وجيه سياج - كى يستعيد حقه ! .. يذكر أن سيد طنطاوى نشأ فى عائلة معدمة فى قرية سليم شرقى بمركز طما بمحافظة سوهاج ..
* الفريق أحمد شفيق : وزير الطيران المدنى ، خصص له قصر فخم بالتجمع الخامس بجوار قصر هتلر طنطاوى . أرضا مساحتها 10 أفدنة
. سامح فهمى : وزير البترول ، خصص له قصر فخم على ربوة مرتفعة بالتجمع الخامس .
* زكريا عزمى : وزير الديوان ، خصص له قصر فخم على مساحة 3000 متر مربع بالتجمع الخامس .
* كمال الشاذلى : عضو مجلس الشعب وأمين التنظيم السابق بالحزب الوطنى ، تسلم فى 23 فبراير 2005 وقبل أيام من خروجه من الوزارة مساحة 40 فدانا بمنطقة الحزام الأخضر بمدينة 6 أكتوبر واستثنى من شرط نسبة المبانى ، أعاد الشاذلى بيع تلك المساحة بسعر 280 ألف جنيها للفدان ( أى أنه حقق ربحا صافيا قدره 10 مليون جنيها ) إلى الأمير السعودى مشعل عبد العزيز بمساعدة سمير زكى ، كما خصص للشاذلى ولأولاده أيضا منتجع ضخم فى التجمع الخامس يضم ثلاثة قصور يحيط بها سور فخم .
* فتحى سرور : رئيس مجلس الشعب ، تسلم عدة قطع اشتراها بثمن بخس وأعاد بيعها بأسعار عالية بمساعدة سمير زكى وحقق من وراء ذلك ربحا قدره 15 مليون جنيها .. خصصت الحكومة له قصرين بنفس الأسعار فى رويال هيلز وأعاد بيعهما بنفس الطريقة ، كما خصصت الحكومة له قصرين بثمن بخس فى التجمع الخامس ويحتفظ بهما .
* اللواء حبيب العادلى : وزير الداخلية ، تسلم 32 فدانا بثمن بخس وتم إمداد الأرض المذكورة بخط مياه على نفقة الدولة .
• صفوت الشريف : رئيس مجلس الشورى ووزير الإعلام السابق لمدة ربع قرن : تسلم وأولاده 33.5 فدانا على الطريق مباشرة ، كما خصصت الحكومة لأحد أبنائه مساحة من شاطئ مارينا أقام عليه ما يسمى بشاطئ البشمك للمحميات وشاطئ الأبلاج الذى به كانترى كلوب وسباقات خيول وحمامات سباحة .
* محمود محمد على رئيس مصلحة الضرائب : تسلم 40 فدانا بنى فى بعض مساحتها ثلاثة قصور ويقدر قيمة كل قصر بمبلغ 15 مليون جنيه بالإضافة إلى فيلا فى الساحل الشمال قيمتها 17 مليون جنيه .. وزع رئيس المصلحة بعض المساحة على عائلته كما يلى:
- نشوى عبد الغنى محمود : هى زوجة رئيس مصلحة الضرائب وتسلمت خمسة أفدنة وهى موظفة فى البنك المركزى فرع الألفى ومخصص لها سيارة فاخرة BMW سوداء بسائق على نفقة مصلحة الضرائب ..
- محمد محمود محمد على : إبن رئيس مصلحة الضرائب وتسلم 10 أفدنة ويملك سيارة شيروكى بيضاء .
- إكرام رجب محمد جمعة : زوجة شقيق رئيس المصلحة عبد الفتاح محمد على وهو مرشح الحزب الوطنى بدائرة السيدة زينب .
- حسين عبد الفتاح محمد على : إبن شقيق رئيس مصلحة الضرائب .
* إبراهيم سليمان : وزير الإسكان وصاحب قرار البيع فى الأراضى والفيلات التى تبنيها الدولة .. دخل الوزير المذكور الحكومة فى أكتوبر 1994 وكان يعمل قبل ذلك أستاذا فى كلية الهندسة بجامعة عين شمس بمرتب 585 جنيها .. ينحدر من عائلة فقيرة وكان أبوه يعمل نجارا فى باب الشعرية ، خرج سليمان من الوزارة فى ديسمبر 2005 ، لكنه كان يمتلك عند خروجه ما يلى :
- عدد تسعة من السيارات الفاخرة .
- قصران بمصر الجديدة بجوار قصر الدكتاتور الفاس د حسنى مبارك ( باع إبراهيم سليمان أحدهما فى 2006 إلى شريكه الجديد رجل الأعمال يحيى الكومى بمبلغ 45 مليون جنيه ويسمى قصر النقراشى لأنه شيده على أنقاض قصر النقراشى باشا رئيس وزراء مصر الأسبق بعد هدمه بالمخالفة للقانون ، ويذكر أن يحيى الكومى هو شريك الآن مع الوزير المذكور فى مصنع لإنتاج غاز الميثونول وهو مشروع يحقق أرباحا فلكية ) .
• قصر فى " أبو سلطان " بمنطقة لسان الوزراء بمدينة فايد بالإسماعيلية .
- قصر فى مارينا يطل على البحر مباشرة .
- قصر بجزيرة الشعير بالقناطر الخيرية .
- قصر بمنطقة الجولف بالتجمع الخامس بالقاهرة الجديدة مقام على مساحة 6000 متر مربع بجوار قصور سيد طنطاوى الثلاثة .
- قطعة أرض باسم زوجته منى المنيرى بالتجمع الخامس ومساحتها 1393 مترا مربعا بثمن 842 ألف جنيها ويبلغ ثمنها السوقى 10 مليون جنيها .
- قطعة أرض باسم ابنه شريف بالمنطقة المميزة بأرض الجولف بالتجمع الخامس ومساحتها 4458 مترا مربعا بثمن 1.5 مليون جنيها ويبلغ ثمنها السوقى 12 مليون جنيها .
- قطعة أرض بإسم إبنته جودى بالمنطقة المميزة بالتجمع الخامس ومساحتها 733 مترا مربعا بثمن 752 ألف جنيها ويبلغ ثمنها السوقى 5 مليون جنيها .
- قطعه أرض بإسم إبنته دينا بالمنطقة المميزة بالتجمع الخامس ومساحتها 2243 مترا مربعا بثمن 760 ألف جنيها ويبلغ ثمنها السوقى 13 مليون جنيها .
- 30 ألف متر مربع فى مرسى علم بجوار قطعة صديقه محمد أبو العينين .
يذكر أن قانون هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديد ينص على أنه لا يجوز للفرد الواحد وزوجته وأبنائهما القصر الحصول على أكثر من شقة واحدة أو قطعة أرض واحدة فى المدن الجديدة عن طريق التخصيص، ولكن الوزير الأسبق منح زوجته وأبنائه القصر 7 قطع وفيلات مساحتها جميعا 10 آلاف متر فى القاهرة الجديدة ومارينا.
وكما منح مبارك المدعو هتلر طنطاوى وسام الجمهورية من الطبقة الأولى ، فإننا نجده هنا أيضا يمنح إبراهيم سليمان نفس الوسام فى فبراير 2006 غير عابئ بمشاعر الرأي العام التى وضعت سليمان على رأس قائمة الوزراء الأكثر فسادا وتخريبا لأراضى مصر !! .. ثم عينه مبارك فى عام 2008 رئيسا لمجلس إدارة شركة الخدمات البحرية براتب شهرى 1.3 مليون جنيها رغم عدم خبرته فى هذا المجال ..
* إبراهيم كامل : أحد أقطاب الحزب الوطنى ، ما أمكن حصره من أراضى مصر التى نهبها هو يلى :
- خصصت له الدولة أرضا فى الساحل الشمالى اشتراها بقروش عديدة ، أنشأ كامل عليها قرية غزالة السياحية وقفز ثمن متر الأرض بها إلى عدة آلاف من الجنيهات .
- منحته الدولة 64 كيلو متر مربع لإنشاء مطار العلمين رغم معرفة الحكومة جيدا أن مساحة المطار لاتزيد عن 10% من المساحة المذكورة ، لكن المخططين لإبراهيم كامل يعلمون أن المساحة المتبقية سيتم بيعها كقرى سياحية بأسعار فلكية .. لم يدفع إبراهيم كامل فى تلك المساحة الكبيرة إلا مليونى جنيه من خلال قرض من أموال المودعين ..
- خصصت له الدولة أرضا فى منطقة سهل حشيش فأنشأ عليها شركة يرأس مجلس إدارتها لتطويرها سياحيا .
لابد أن نذكر هنا أن إبراهيم كامل مدين بثلاثة مليار جنيها تقريبا إلى بنك القاهرة وتحديدا فرع الألفى ورغم ذلك فهو حر طليق لأنه يتمتع بحماية مبارك شخصيا ، وكان رئيس بنك القاهرة السابق أحمد البرادعى - أحد رجال جمال مبارك - قال ما نصه " إبراهيم كامل خط أحمر لا يجرؤ أحد على تخطيه .. خلاص .. لا يأخذ قروضا جديدة ولا نسأله عن القروض القديمة " ! .
لاحول ولا قوة الا بالله
قال ثم فعل انظر ماذا قال :
* لن أرحم أحدا يمد يده إلى المال العام حتى لو كان أقرب الأقرباء ، إننى لا أحب المناصب ولا أقبل الشللية وأكره الظلم ولا أقبل أن يظلم أحد وأكره استغلال علاقات النسب ( 18 أكتوبر 1981 جريدة مايو ) ..

نهب أراضى مصر ( 1- 9 ) :
• فى 12 نوفمبر 2007 وقف جمال زهران - نائب مجلس الشعب عن كتلة الإخوان المسلمين - فى البرلمان واتهم الحكومة بإهدار 800 مليار جنيه ، شرح زهران المبلغ بأنه عبارة عن مساحات كثيرة وكبيرة من أراضى مصر وزعت على كبار المسئولين بالدولة ورجال أعمال يدورون فى فلكهم ..
دلل النائب المذكور على كلامه بما أعلنه اللواء مهندس عمر الشوادفى – رئيس جهاز المركز الوطنى لاستخدامات الأراضى – حين قال أن نحو 16 مليون فدان قد تم الاستيلاء عليها من مافيا الأراضى وتقدر قيمتها بنحو 800 مليار جنيه ..
• تمثل المساحة المنهوبة – أى الـ 16 مليون فدان – ما قيمته 67.2 ألف كم مربع وهو ما يزيد عن مساحة الدول الخمس التالية مجتمعة : فلسطين التاريخية 26.6 ألف كم مربع ، الكويت 17.8 ألف كم مربع ، قطر 11.4 ألف كم مربع ، لبنان 10.4 ألف كم مربع ، البحرين 5.67 ألف كم مربع ) ..
يقع ضمن المبلغ المذكور – أى الـ 800 مليار - مبلغ يقدر بحدود 80 مليار جنيها ، وهو عبارة عن الأسعار السوقية للأراضي التى باعتها الدولة بثمن بخس إلى ست جهات فقط وهؤلاء هم : أحمد عز - مجدى راسخ - هشام طلعت مصطفى - محمد فريد خميس - محمد أبو العينين - الشركات الخليجية ( الفطيم كابيتال الإماراتية – إعمار الإماراتية – داماك الإماراتية – qec القطرية ) ..
إننا نضع بين أيدى القراء فى هذه الحلقة الأرقام التالية والتى تدل بوضوح لا لبس فيه على نهب منظم لأراضى مصر ، وهو بهذه المناسبة قليل من كثير نتيجة سياسة الكتمان التى تفرضها أجهزة مبارك الأمنية :
1- خصصت الحكومة 100 كيلو متر ( 100 مليون متر مربع ) شمال غرب خليج السويس وقسمها بين خمس جهات دون الإعلان عن مناقصات أو مزايدات وذلك بواقع خمسة جنيهات عن كل متر مربع ، إلا أن هذه الجهات دفعت جنيهاً واحدا عن كل متر وخصصت المنطقة المذكورة تحت ذريعة تنميتها ..
( أكد المهندس العالمى د. ممدوح حمزة والحاصل على 15 جائزة دولية أن المنطقة المذكورة لم تشهد أى تنمية وما يحدث ما هو إلا تسقيع للأراضى .. قدم د. حمزة إلى رئاسة الجمهورية فى عام 2004 ملفا كاملا عن الفساد فى وزارة الإسكان ، قام نظام مبارك بتلفيق تهمة اغتيال أربع شخصيات سياسية - فتحى سرور وكمال الشاذلى وإبراهيم سليمان وزكريا عزمى – إلى د. حمزة أثناء دخوله قصر برمنجهام فى لندن حيث كان يلبى دعوة للغداء على شرف الملكة فى قصر برمنجهام ، أحتجز د. حمزة لمدة عامين فى أحد سجون لندن حتى ثبتت براءته من بلاغ مبارك الكيدى .. يذكر أن الطاغية الفاسد كان أول المهنئين لحمزة عند خروجه من محبسه فى لندن !! ) ..
• هذه الجهات الخمس التى نهبت المنطقة المذكورة والتى دفع رجال الفرقة 19 بالجيش الثالث الدم الغالى فى استردادها هى كما يلى :
- أحمد عز : تسلم 20 مليون متر مربع ( قيمتها السوقية بمبلغ 2.4 مليار جنيه ) وهو عضو مجلس الشعب عن الحزب الوطنى وأمين التنظيم الحالى .. أنشأ مصنعا للصاج بمساحة 150 ألف متر مربع وباع 150 ألف متر مربع إلى الملياردير الكويتى ناصر الخرافى بمبلغ 1500 جنها للمتر المربع ومازال يحتفظ بالمساحة المتبقية .

- محمد فريد خميس : تسلم 20 مليون متر مربع ( قيمتها السوقية 3.5 مليار جنيه ) وهو أحد كبار رجال الأعمال وعضو مجلس الشورى ورئيس لجنة الصناعة والطاقة ويملك شركة النساجون الشرقيون .. أنشا مصنعا للكيماويات بمساحة 20 ألف متر مربع وباع باقى المساحة فى صفقة ضخمة حققت عدة مليارات ، كما تذكر الأنباء أن الوزير سليمان قد خصص أيضا لخميس 1500 فدانا .

- محمد أبو العينين : تسلم 20 مليون متر مربع ( قيمتها السوقية 1.3 مليار جنيه ) وهو عضو الحزب الوطنى ورجل الأعمال المعروف وصاحب شركة كليوباترا للسيراميك .. أنشأ مصنعا للبورسلين على قطعته بمساحة 150 ألف متر مربع وممرا لهبوط طائراته الخاصة ( يملك ثلاث من نوع جولف ستريم ويقودها بنفسه ) بمساحة 50 ألف متر مربع وباع كل المساحة الباقية فى صفقة بعدة مليارات ..

- نجيب سايروس : تسلم 20 مليون متر مربع ( تقدر قيمتها السوقية بمبلغ 1.3 مليار جنيه ) ...أنشأ مصنعا للأسمنت على قطعته بمساحة 200 ألف متر مربع وباع كل المساحة الباقية فى صفقات بعدة مليارات .

- الشركة الصينية : وكان نصيبها أيضا مثل السابقين 20 مليون متر مربع ولم يتم استغلالها حتى الآن .

2- بجانب ما حصل عليه النائب محمد أبو العينين فى منطقة شمال غرب خليج السويس ، حصل أيضا على القطع التالية :

• تخصيص 5000 فدان فى منطقة شرق العوينات غير معلوم تفاصيلها .

- تخصيص 1520 فدان فى منطقة مرسى علم وقد اشتراها بسعر دولار للمتر وسدد 20 % من المبلغ ثم أعاد بيعها بأسعار فلكية للملياردير الكويتى ناصر الخرافى وقدرت القيمة السوقية لهذه الأرض بمبلغ مليار و 260 ألف جنيه .

- وضع يده على 500 فدان على طريق مصر الإسماعيلية ، وهى أرض ملكا للدولة ممثلة فى شركة مصر للإسكان والتعمير .

- تم تخصيص له 1500 فدان ( 6.3 مليون متر مربع ) بمنطقة الحزام الأخضر بمدينة العاشر من رمضان ..

3- خصصت الحكومة للمدعو مجدى راسخ - والد زوجة علاء مبارك هايدى راسخ – مساحة 2200 فدان ( 9.2 مليون متر مربع ) وذلك فى أفضل أماكن مدينة الشيخ زايد بسعر 30 جنيها للمتر ، لكن راسخ دفع مقدما بسيطا ولم يسدد المبلغ المتبقى .. تردد فى بداية عام 2006 عن وجود عرض من شخصية خليجية كبيرة بشراء تلك المساحة بمبلغ 10 مليار جنيها ( أى بسعر يزيد عن 1000 جنيها للمتر المربع ) ، ويذكر أن مجدى راسخ هو صاحب مشروع بيفرلى هيلز بمدينة الشيخ زايد والذى حقق من ورائه المليارات الكثيرة ، وله مساحات أخرى لم نتمكن من الحصول عليها منتشرة فى عدة أماكن إستراتيجية بمصر ..
4- خصصت الحكومة 9 آلاف فدان ( 37.8 مليون متر مربع ) لهشام طلعت – أحد أركان لجنة السياسات بالحزب الوطنى والموجود الآن فى السجن بتهمة قتل سوازان تميمى بعد أن هددت الإمارات بسحب مدخراتها إذا أطلق سراحه – فى منطقة شرق القاهرة لإنشاء منطقة سكنية باسم مدينتى بسعر يبلغ 5 جنيهات للمتر ، تقدر القيمة السوقية للمتر المربع بها بمبلغ 3500 جنيه مما أهدر على الدولة مبلغا قدره 28 مليار جنيه ..
5- خصصت الحكومة وبطريقة البلطجة ووضع اليد جزيرة نيلية بالأقصر إلى المدعو حسين سالم تسمى جزيرة التمساح وذلك بمبلغ 9 مليون جنيها ، وأنشأ علها شركة التمساح للمشروعات السياحية ..
تضم الجزيرة عشرات الأفدنة وسعرها الحقيقى لا يقدر بمال ، وإن كان قد قدر من قبل المختصين بأكثر من مئة ضعف ليقترب من مليار جنيه .. جزيرة التمساح تعتبر جوهرة لا تقدر بثمن بسبب موقعها الإستراتيجي المطل على مدينة الأقصر والتى تضم وحدها ثلثى آثار العالم ويتقاطر عليها السياح من أرجاء المعمورة ..
كما حصل وبنفس الأسلوب على أراضى شاسعة ومميزة فى شرم الشيخ وسدر ، ويذكر أنه يمتلك خليج نعمة حيث يقيم به حسنى مبارك بصفة شبه دائمة .. كما خصص لحسين سالم قصر ضخم أسطوانى الشكل مقام على مساحة 6000 متر مربع فى التجمع الخامس ، هذا بالإضافة إلى عدد كبير من المساحات تنتشر فى مختلف الأماكن فى مصر ..
• يذكر أن مبارك نزع فى منتصف التسعينات ملكية أحد الأراضى فى سيناء من ماليكيْها خالد فودة ووجيه سياج – صاحب فندق سياج بالهرم – وأعطاهما بأسلوب البلطجة إلى حسين سالم بثمن بخس بناء .. أمضى سياج عشر سنوات فى المحاكم المصرية وحصل على أحكام منها كثيرة لتمكينه من أرضه ، رفض مبارك تنفيذها جميعا ولجأ إلى أسلوبه الكيدى الذى أشتهر به فقطع الخدمات عن فندق سياج بالهرم حتى ينهار وجيه سياج ..
• لجأ سياج والحاصل على الجنسية الإيطالية فى 2005 إلى المحاكم الدولية وفى يوليو 2009 حكمت لصالحه بتغريم مصر بمبلغ 134 مليون دولار ( حوالى 750 مليون جنيه ) ، وأذعن مبارك صاغرا إلى تنفيذ الحكم ، لكنه دفع هذه المبالغ سيكون – كما هو الحال دائما – من دماء شعب مصر !..

يمثل حسين سالم الرقم اللغز فى حياة حسنى مبارك ، هو شريكه فى شركة السلاح التى أنشأها فى باريس باسم " الأجنحة البيضاء " وقد وردت تفاصيل تلك القصة فى كتاب " الحجاب " للصحفى الأكثر شهرة فى العالم بوب وودوارد والذى صدر فى عام 1985 .. كما استولى حسين سالم على مبالغ كبيرة من البنك الأهلى فى ثمانينات القرن الماضى وأخرجه مبارك من القضية ومن الأضواء حتى ينسى الناس القضية بعد أن أثارها المرحوم النائب علوى حافظ فى البرلمان فى عام 1986، وعاد سالم فى التسعينات بأقدام ثابتة ليعمل فى السياحة فى سيناء من خلال تخصيص الأراضي له بثمن بخس ، وأخيرا يدير بعضا من المال الذى نهبه آل مبارك من خلال شركة شرق المتوسط حيث يقوم بتصدير الغاز إلى إسرائيل ، وهى قضية أصبحت معروفة لكل المصريين ..

• - خصصت الحكومة 1500 فدان لشركة أرتوك بثمن بخس على طريق مصر الإسكندرية الصحراوى والتى يمتلكها كل من إبراهيم نافع رئيس مجلس إدارة جريدة الأهرام وحسن حمدى عضو مجلس إدارة الجريدة ورئيس النادى الأهلى ، وقد تمت الصفقة على أن يترك حسن حمدى أرض النادى الأهلى فى مدينة 6 أكتوبر فى مقابل إتمام تلك الصفقة .. دفعت الشركة جنيهات قليلة فى ثمن الفدان الواحد ثم قسمت المساحة الكلية إلى قطع متساوية بمساحة 30 فدان مع فيللا لكل قطعة .. تم البيع بسعر 2 مليون جنيها للقطعة وكان من ضمن العملاء المليونير السعودى عبد الرحمن الشربتلى وكذلك السفير أحمد القطان مندوب السعودية فى الجامعة العربية .

7- خصصت الحكومة 2045 فدانا بمبلغ 454 مليون جنيه لأحمد بهجت – أحد أركان الحزب الوطنى – من خلال شركته دريم لاند فى عام 1994 .. كان بهجت قد اقترض عدة مليارات من الجنيهات من البنوك المصرية ولم يتمكن من سدادها ووضع اسمه ضمن قوائم الممنوعين من السفر للخارج ، إلا أن جمال مبارك أخرجه للسفر إلى أمريكا للعلاج .. تفجرت قضية أراضى دريم لاند بصورة سريعة فى 2 يونيه 2008 عندما أعلنت الشركة المذكورة عن بيع 831 فدان وتقدر قيمتها السوقية بمبلغ 12 مليار جنيه وهو جزء قليل إذا ما قورن ببقية الأراضى المذكورة ...

قام أعضاء مجلس إدارة النادى بتسليم الأرض المذكورة إلى صديق الوزير عماد الحاذق لإقامة مشروع إستثمارى كبير مكون من فيللات وتم بيع الفيللا فيه بمبلغ 850 ألف جنيها .. قام أولاد حاذق بتعليق لافته كبيرة على المشروع – شارع 90 بالتجمع الخامس – تقول أن المشروع مكون من 100 فدان ، وعندما قام مكتب هندسى بقياس المساحة الكلية وجد كارثة أكبر وهى أن مساحته تزيد عن 900 فدان .. أكد المهندس المصيلحى– مسئول المساحة بالقاهرة الجديدة – صحة تلك المساحة الجديدة وقال أن الوزير سليمان يملك الإجابة على ذلك !! .. يذكر أن أولاد حاذق قد أنشئوا منطقة مميزة داخل تلك المساحة الكبيرة تسمى  وهى أجمل مناطق التجمع الخامس
• - خصصت الحكومة 770 فدانا لشركة المهندسين المصريين فى 27 يوليو 1994 وبسعر 50 جنيها للمتر على أن يسدد المبلغ بالتقسيط المريح ( 10 % عند التعقد ثم 15 % خلال سنة من التوقيع على العقد ثم فترة سماح مدتها ثلاث سنوات ثم يسدد الباقى على 5 أقساط متساوية ) .. المساحة المذكورة كانت كما يلى : 450 فدانا بمدينة العبور ، 240 فدانا بمدينة الشروق ، 80 فدانا بالقاهرة الجديدة ..
دفعت الشركة المذكورة خمسة جنيهات للمتر على أن يسدد الباقى على خمسة أقساط ، لكن الشركة المذكورة دفعت 16 مليون جنيها فقط وتم إعادة البيع للجمهور بسعر 750 جنيها للمتر المربع رغم أن الشركة المذكورة لم تسدد إلا القسط الأول فقط والمقدر قيمته 10 % ..
رغم أن الشركة المذكورة قد حققت أرباحا صافية تزيد عن ثلاثة مليار ونصف المليار جنيها إلا أن الكارثة الأكبر كانت أنها اقترضت مليارى جنيه من البنك العقارى العربى – رئيس مجلس إدارته هو فتحى السباعى وهو من رجال إبراهيم سليمان وزير الإسكان حينها- مما عرض أموال المواطنين للضياع ، وهو ما دفع البنك إلى شراء جزءا من الأرض بسعر ألفى جنيه للمتر
• .. يذكر أن حوت السكر عاطف سلام كان قد اقترض من البنك المذكور 850 مليون جنيها وفعل المليونير الهارب عمرو النشرتى نفس الشيء – وهما من صبيان النظام وحضر العديد من الوزراء زفاف ابنة النشرتى منذ شهور )..
10- خصصت الحكومة إلى يحيى الكومى - صديق وشريك وزير الإسكان الأسبق إبراهيم سليمان أثناء عمله بالوزارة- قطعتى أرض فى التجمع الخامس بالقاهرة الجديدة مساحتهما نحو 200 ألف متر بالقرب من الجامعة الأمريكية بالرغم من تخصيصهما كحدائق عامة ، وقد اشتراهما الكومى بثمن بخس وتبلغ قيمتهما السوقية 300 مليون جنيه ..

يذكر أن الكومى كان ضمن طبقة الفقراء وظهرت عليه فجأة علامات الغنى الفاحش وأصبح من رجال أعمال النظام حيث انضم إلى قائمة رجال البترول وأصبح مديرا لنادى الإسماعيلى .. وفى ديسمبر 2009 تناولت الصحف تهما متبادلة بين الكومى وأميرة سعودية تدعى خلود بن العنزى، فقد اتهمته السيدة خلود – وهى طليقة الملياردير الوليد بن طلال – باقتحام منزلها وحررت محضرا بذلك فى قسم شرطة الدقى فى يوم 23 ديسمبر 2009 ، بينما اتهما الكومى فى بلاغ بقسم شرطة الشيخ زايد فى يوم 30 ديسمبر 2009 بسرقة مشغولات ذهبية وساعات مرصعة بالماس تقدر قيمتها بـ 20 مليون جنيها ..

11 - خصصت الدولة إلى سمير زكى الكثير من الأراضى وبأسعار شبه مجانية .. قبل أن نخوض فى بعض تفاصيل تلك الأراضى نود أن نعرف القراء بشخصية هذا الرجل :
يعتبر سمير زكى حامل أسرار العقارات لكل الوزراء وسمسارهم الأوحد ، خاصة عند الرغبة فى تحويل ما نهبوه إلى نقد .. بدأ حياته العملية كعامل فى أحد المجمعات الاستهلاكية ثم تركه والتحق بمصنع اللؤلؤة لصناعة الزجاج فى ثمانينات القرن الماضى حيث كان عمله هناك يقتصر على الوقوف أمام كومة من القش يضع بعضا منها بين ألواح الزجاج حتى لا ينكسر ، تعرف زكى على أحد العاملين فى جهاز مدينة 6 أكتوبر ومنه إلى رئيس الجهاز ثم إلى سكرتارية كبار المسئولين بالدولة ، ثم انفرج الباب على مصراعيه :
• - حصل على ترخيص بإنشاء جمعية تعاونية باسم شركة 6 أكتوبر لاستصلاح الأراضى والتى حصلت علي 17 ألف فدان بسعر 5 ألاف جنيه للفدان ، ثم باعها بـ 2 مليون جنيه للفدان بعد بناء فيلا عليه.. كما حصل على ترخيص بإنشاء جمعية تعاونية تسمى الوادى الأخضر والملفت للنظر أن كبار المؤسسين بتلك الجمعية هم من كبار رجال الدولة ..
- وضع زكى يده على 5 آلاف فدان من هيئة التنمية الزراعية ودفع 200 جنيها ثمنا للفدان الواحد ، قام ببناء 56 فيللا على المساحة المذكورة بواقع خمسة أفدنة لكل فيللا
- وضع زكى يده على 35 ألف فدان فى أفضل مواقع مدينة 6 أكتوبر .. كان الغرض المعلن لذلك هو استصلاح الأراضى وأما الواقع فهو وزارة إسكان مصغرة يخصص ريعها لكبار رجال الدولة .. دفع سمير زكى خمسة آلاف جنيه ثمنا للفدان الواحد ثم أعاد بيعه بمبالغ فلكية وصلت فى بعض الحالات إلى مليون ونصف المليون جنيها وخص كبار رجال الدولة بنصيبهم من القيمة الدفترية التى اشترى بها.
- خصص لأحد أبنائه مساحة قدرها 140 فدانا بأرض مدينة 6 أكتوبر وأقام عليها ميناء للبضائع ..

12- خصصت الحكومة 26 ألف فدان من أجود الأراضى لشركة كويتية فى عام 2001 بسعر 200 جنيه للفدان ، لم تقم الشركة باستزراع تلك المساحة مهدرة 54 مليار جنيه ، وهو الثمن الواقعى لتلك الأرض ..
13- خصصت الحكومة 750 فدانا إلى شركة السليمانية على طريق مصر الإسكندرية الصحراوى التى يملكها سليمان عامر ( أحد الواجهات للنظام الحاكم ) بسعر 50 جنيها للفدان حيث حول تلك الأراضي إلى منتجعات سياحية وأراضى للجولف
• - خصصت الحكومة 10 أفدنة فى القاهرة الجديدة لأميرة سعودية لبناء مجموعة من القصور للأميرات ، وقد دفعت 400 جنيها للفدان الواحد وقدرت القيمة السوقية للمتر الواحد بمبلغ 4500 جنيها ، وقد حدث ذلك بقرارات سيادية بالأمر المباشر وتم التنفيذ فى يوم واحد .
16- خصصت الحكومة 547 فدانا إلى أحمد عبد الوهاب صاحب شركة كنوز للأنتيكات على طريق مصر الفيوم .. تقدم النائب كمال أحمد باستجواب فى مجلس الشعب حول الصفقة لكن كمال الشاذلى - زعيم الأغلبية حينها - تصدى له وأوقف الاستجواب ، وهو ما يدل على أن المشترى واجهة لأحد كبار المسئولين بالدولة ..
• - خصصت الحكومة لمعتز رسلان ( سعودى كندى وكان تلميذا لإبراهيم سليمان فى هندسة عين شمس) 63 فدانا فى التجمع الخامس بسعر 150 للمتر المربع .. دفع رسلان 10 % عند التعاقد ثم 15 % بعد عام من التعاقد وبقية المبلغ على عشر سنوات ، علما أن الغرض من ذلك كان إنشاء مدينة للملاهى ..لم يلتزم رسلان بإنشاء مدينة للملاهى ولم تسحب منه الأرض .. فى عام 2008 عرض رسلان الأرض المذكورة للبيع بسعر 4500 جنيها للمتر المربع وهو ما يعنى تحقيق ثروة تقدر بمبلغ

New Israeli construction plan undermines talks

Human rights tody site published Israel announced today that it had given the green light for 20 more homes in a Jewish development in the disputed area of Jerusalem. The announcement came after one of the frostiest meetings between a US president and an Israeli leader. Binyamin Netanyahu, the Israeli Prime Minister, had flown to Washington for an emergency meeting with Barack Obama after a trip to the Middle East by Joe Biden, the Vice President, was wrecked by an Israeli plan to build 1,600 new Jewish homes in east Jerusalem. East Jerusalem was captured by Israel in 1967 and is claimed by both sides in the conflict. There was no photo opportunity or traditional joint statement of solidarity after the 90-minute closed session. Neither side would comment on the talks, but it was expected that Mr Netanyahu would agree to a secret freeze on building in the area, despite his public pledges that Jerusalem would never be given up. However, the announcement of the new apartments in a development funded by Irving Moskowitz, an American billionaire, in a predominantly Arab area set tempers flaring again and may undermine what little progress was made in Washington at soothing the diplomatic crisis. “Israel is digging itself into a hole that it will have to climb out of if it is serious about peace,” Saeb Erekat, the chief Palestinian negotiator, said. “There is overwhelming international consensus on the illegality of Israel’s settlements, including in east Jerusalem, and the damage they are doing to the two-state solution.” The Palestinians have said they will not join even the indirect peace talks the US is trying to stitch together unless all Israeli construction east of the armistice line from the 1949 Arab-Israeli war is halted. During his trip to Washington, Mr Netanyahu went to great lengths to explain that his office had no oversight of the many construction projects already under way, serving an Israeli population of about half a million in the occupied West Bank and east Jerusalem. A spokesman for the city council said that the project was approved last July, and todays announcement was a procedural step. He dismissed the media attention as an attempt to “create a provocation" during the Prime Ministers visit to the US. A Tel Aviv research centre said this week that since 1967, $17.4 billion (£12 billion) had been spent on Jewish settlements in the West Bank – excluding east Jerusalem. The money has paid for 32,711 apartments, 22,997 houses and 5,534 caravans, 321 sports facilities, 271 synagogues and 96 ritual baths. There was scepticism even in the Prime Minister’s own coalition at his argument that he could not oversee new construction across the so-called Green Line. “Is this another unfortunate mistake? Is this another misunderstanding?” asked Eitan Cabel, a Labour MP. Labour sits in an uneasy alliance with Mr Netanyahu’s Likud and other right-wing and ultra-Orthodox parties. “Netanyahu decided to spit into Obamas eye, this time from up close. He and his pyromaniac ministers insist on setting the Middle East ablaze,” Mr Cabel said. Part of the problem is the terminology of the conflict, according to Meron Benvenisti, a former deputy to Jerusalem’s legendary mayor Teddy Kollek in the 1970s. Large Israeli settlements, such as Maale Aduumim and Pisgat Zeev, have been built on the eastern edges of Jerusalem and their residents do not even think of themselves as settlers. Israeli officials are now confused about the US Administration’s sudden decision to lump them in with settlements in the West Bank itself, which are regarded as illegal by the international community.
