I do not know in Heliopolis or college .they went on and struck her with weapons on her arm then she fell on the couch and and struck my little brother on his head .Then ,they asked where is her chambers then they turned everything upsidedown inspected everythig searching and took some books and papers were in my bag then they left my mother in the event of a complete breakdown and told her we will get her soon ,we will arrest her. Our niegbours began to ask who are those and what do they want and what did Maha do to do so...etc.

On 15 August 2005 he was convicted of trying to kiss a couple of girls (Many indications suggest that those two girls have targeted him and set him up driven by financial motive: both were students from Hong Kong, poor financially, they used the same website, they lived in the same vicinity of Manchester especially with the fact that it was both girls who initiated the contact with Dr Spahi). This wrongful conviction (Trial Case Number: T0410944) has destroyed his entire medical career. As a result he lost his job, not been able to secure work, lost his houses, been put on the Sex Offenders Register for life (over a kiss), homeless for a few years (with his wife and two little children), his marriage has broken down and he suffered from Anxiety and Depression at some stage. The case seems to be fabricated, definitely racially motivated and blown out of proportion (A friendly kiss on the cheek was maliciously turned into criminal act in his case and he was wrongly convicted consequently and punished harshly for it). Dr Spahi and his family (with 2 little innocent kids) have gone through a traumatic life changing experience and lost everything they have over a period of 6 years because of this alleged kiss. Dr Spahi has maintained throughout the proceedings that he might have kissed the girls on the cheek as he normally does this as part of his Syrian and Turkish culture, which is the norm and is acceptable and understandable nowadays in many parts of Syria and Turkey. Dr Spahi also maintained that the kiss on the cheek, even if it did occur, was friendly and consensual and he did not mean any harm by it. Both girls were met in a social environment and not at work. Dr Spahi-Shoaib is of a sound medical conduct and his medical career is intact. It was strikingly surprising in Dr Spahi’s Case that his duty solicitor (Mr Noel Spencer), the Police officer who provided a statement against Dr Spahi and came as a witness against him in the trial (PC Martin Blythe), the trial Judge (Mr. Michael Henshell) and the appeal court Judges (Mr Alliot and Mr. David Herbert Penry-Davey) were most likely of Jewish background. It seems that they were referring the case from one to another throughout and if this is to be proved it is considered an undercover corruption. Dr Spahi consequently appealed and provided the Court of Appeal and the CCRC with over 30 Grounds of Appeal (many of them were considered viable grounds according to his solicitors). All of these grounds were rejected, despite the agonizing fact that each of the Grounds was accepted by the Appeal Court in previous Court Trials. Dr Spahi appealed on numerous occasions (Refs: 200504887B2, 00437/2006, 00057/2008 and others). Both the Trial Judge (Mr. Michael Henshell) who broke all kind of court’s procedures in order to convict Dr Spahi and the appeal Court Judge (Mr. Justice David Herbert Penry-Davey) who rejected all Dr Spahi’s multiple and viable grounds of appeal on 03 Apr 2006, both of those two Judges were Jewish and biased towards Dr Spahi due to his Arabic Syrian nationality. Dr Spahi has now to provide the Courts of Appeal with new evidence or new argument which has not been raised before in order to be considered. Here are some of the viable grounds which Dr Spahi legal representative believes should have been considered during the trial or during Dr Spahi’s multiple appeal applications. 1. The prosecution provided a copied CD evidence only contains Dr Spahi saying: "I am sorry I only kissed you on the cheek now". Dr Peter Wright, the phonetic expert who examined the CD found that it was tampered with (fabricated). This expert was expelled out of Court and was not allowed to say his opinion in front of the Jury. This expert has also stated that even the voice on the CD is not Dr Spahi’s voice continuously. He also stated outside the Court room that he can not believe that Dr Spahi was taken to Court over an alleged kiss. 2. A police officer (PC Martin Blyth) testified in Court that Dr Spahi has admitted trying to kiss the First Complainant. The IPCC (Independent Police Complaints Commission) (Ref: 2005/002004, dated 02 Jan 2007) found that there is nothing to suggest that Dr Spahi-Shoaib has made any admission. The IPCC following their investigation concluded what implies that this officer was a liar, a cheat and that he failed to follow even the simplest policing procedures in Dr Spahi’s case. The IPCC also found that PC Blythe was at fault in recording Dr Spahi-Shoaib as the offender without any investigation or statement taken. 3. Some Police officers have even tampered with the transcript of the recording of Dr Spahi's Police Interview. This transcript provided in Court and read by the Prosecution's Barrister to the Jury has included a lot of omissions, many additions, and on few occasions Dr Spahi said the opposite of what is in the transcript. 4. The complainants have deleted all the text messages which they exchanged with Dr Spahi so no one can validate what has actually happened. 5. Some Police officers have even broken the law by harassing, intimidating and even threatening Dr Spahi’s Alibi witnesses during the proceedings. This is against the law in England and the Officers who did this could face prosecution and even go to prison. In order to hide their identity, those officers did not put their name on the alibi witness statement so know one knows who they are. 6. The lack of any original evidence and polyfilla prosecution full of gaps 7. Contradicted complainants statement. Dr Spahi believes that targeting Arabic, Middle Easters or Muslim people in the UK is very common and that his campaign would hopefully act as a deterrent to those corrupt people so they will think million times before they do this to anyone else in the future.
